Home away from home - Sand Dollar 110 is a three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 1st floor (not ground level) vacation rental has delightful decor, updated furniture in family room and all 3 bedrooms and includes a private Gulf front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony space and furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 110 offers a full-size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances, including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets . . . everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Property also has multiple charcoal grills in the common area for guest use.

Free wireless internet access. Cable TVs in family room and all 3 bedrooms,. Telephone with free local calls is also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include (2) queens in the master, (2) queens in bedroom #2 and (1) queen in bedroom #3. All 3 bedrooms have large closet space.

Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities. Master bath has a walk-in shower and 2nd bathroom has a full tub/shower combo.

This unit also has a washer and dryer.

We had an early flight that got us in before the 4pm check in. Our room was ready so we were able to check in early and get settled right away. We were told our dryer was not working and they were waiting on a part to come in to fix it. They did give us extra towels since we had 8 people and would be unable to do wash. Monday the part was still not in but maintenance was able to come put a temporary fix on it so we could use it. (The alternative was to use another unit while ours was out of commission if the temporary fix hadn’t worked.) The part was in Thursday and the dryer was completely fixed. Minor inconvenience yet the front desk made sure we would have alternative solutions no matter what. The ladies at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. We loved the cleanliness of the room and the grounds, the pool area, the closeness to the beach, the option for rentable beach chairs and umbrellas, the beach volleyball. We would absolutely stay here again! Best sunsets! Close to restaurants and shopping. We loved our stay. Thank you so much!!!

Wonderful Location & Condo

My family has been vacationing in this area every summer since 2013, and this condo at The Sandy Dollar is our favorite. Karla, the unit owner, was wonderful from the very beginning. All of the property staff that we came across were very friendly. The unit itself had everything we needed to feel like we were at home, but with a million dollar view of the beautiful gulf.The tv's were big and included Smart TV's. A spacious laundry room with a regular size washer and dryer.A big dining room table and comfortable couch and love seat.The three bedrooms were big and comfortable. 2 large walk in closets. Each bathroom had 2 sinks.Big kitchen with regular size appliances. The refrigerator included an ice/water option. The location of this condo put us near everything that we wanted to go to. We love the local restaurants. The pool area and water are kept very clean. Very pretty landscaping. Steps away from the pristine beach and water. We love walking on the white, soft and flat beach.Parking was easy. Key pad with a combination made it easy to go in and out of our unit.Safe and friendly environment. We loved our stay and would love to go back!

This is a great place to stay! Great location, clean condo, steps away from the beach, close to everything you need and nice property. Karla offers a really nice condo and is very responsive with any questions. Would stay here again.

Spring break

We traveled to the area for spring break and spring training baseball games. We had 7 adults in our party, and this property was perfect! Two full bathrooms, large living space, plenty of beds, fully stocked kitchen and full laundry room - everything we needed! And the view from the balcony was the BEST!! Morning coffee and evening sunrise, just what we needed!

Great view!

Loved our ocean front view to wake up to each morning and enjoy the balcony facing it. Plenty of space for 7 adults. Easy short walk to a few restaurants. Used the trolley to travel further. Condo was nicely stocked with beach towels, some beach toys and a few bag chairs. We did purchase a few more and left for future guests. Host was quick to answer any questions I had. Would definitely stay again.

The unit is in a great location and very comfortable. The onsite management is extremely kind and helpful. Karla was very prompt with her responses. The mattresses were a little soft for our liking. But beyond that everything was truly wonderful.

Fantastic family getaway

This was the best spot we’ve stayed at yet. So close to the beach and could see the pool from our balcony at the same time ! There was already sand toys in the unit as well. This property was so close to everything, easy access to the pharmacy, grocery store and even a fitness center. The office was excellent and Karla was very easy to work with. We will be staying again! Highly recommend.

Overall one of the best condos in the area . We’ve stayed in the area for the last 15 years . Clean, comfortable, roomy and very nice pool/ hot tub area . Great access to the beach . Centrally located to everything in the area. Sand dollar and staff are well worth the money spent .

Comfortable condo, beautiful beach, but lacking on maintenance

Let me start by saying that I would absolutely rent here again despite some problems. The condo was comfortable and the beach was gorgeous. This rental is through a rental management company that has an office on site, the staff was kind enough to hold our bags and gave us a much appreciated early check-in. The location on a quiet and pristine beach as well as the helpfulness of the staff outweighed the following inconveniences which I mention because I’m a fan of honest reviews and knowing what to expect. This is the first vacation rental I’ve stayed at that didn’t have so much as salt and pepper in the kitchen to get you started. They provide 1 dishwasher tab and 3 garbage bags, as if you are going to overuse items like garbage bags. The dishwasher wouldn’t clean, had a terrible stench and was caked with crud, from the look of it the filter had never been cleaned. Same with the furnace filter which is open to view in the laundry room. The vacuum cleaner is ancient and wasn’t able to suck up sand. There are rules against reserving poolside tables by leaving out towels etc, this is not enforced, neither are rules about smoking on the pool deck. The key to the stairwell didn’t work, it felt silly to take the elevator up one floor when the condo is next to the stairwell.

Great condo

We really loved our stay. The condo has lots of room and everything we needed including beach and pool toys for our grandson. The private beach and pier were a bonus. The beach had cabanas to rent and was never overcrowded. The people in the office were great and handled a minor issue we had immediately. The owner,Karla, was extremely responsive. I would recommend this place and hope to stay again I the future

Great Family Vacation!

Everything was as described in the listing! The owner Karla is very prompt in responding to any questions and was great to work with! The condo is cleaned by a company, not by Karla, and the cleaning did leave a little to be desired but to be expected when you have a company cleaning several units at once. I would stay in this condo again!

Beautiful views beachfront condo

Nicely maintained condo. Large condo, great location right on the beach. Had an issue with the sliding door contacted front desk and with an hour maintenance was there to put a new lock on the door. Pool was a little small but beach was beautiful and just steps from the door. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo

Proximity to pool and beach, great for families

Just returned from a great week stay at Sand Dollar! Karla was so responsive throughout the entire reservation process. I had a Target order shipped ahead and it was delivered to my room. I also had an Our Little Suitcase toddler bed delivered, all set up prior to our arrival! Check in easy and very friendly. Read reviews on only 1 elevator and we only used it for luggage. Stairs were easy access and just one floor up. This building is SO EASY for kids - pool and beach hoping all day. A few big family groups took over by the pool, but everyone was easy going and fun. Mostly snow birds + their visiting kids and grand kids. Had to go early to get 3-4 lounge chairs for the day. A few nights music went past dusk at the pool, but everyone followed the 10PM quiet time, so no issues from being so close to pool itself. We had a few music issues with the unit above (playing music outside until 2-3AM for 3 of the nights, and loud noises in middle of night). We spoke with the office one time and it seemed to get better. The condo had what we needed to cook for family of 6. I had Target Shipt deliveries to keep us stocked on basics (laundry detergent, dish detergent, paper towels, Kleenex, all toiletries needed to buy except toilet paper) I bought beach towels and left 6 in the unit. One area for improvement was beds were not super comfortable - the one in master bed near balcony slopes down in the middle. Sheets and pillow not soft at all. The sunsets are just amazing view from the condo!! So all in all 4 stars and we would consider returning!
