Bring the whole crew and settle into this roomy 5-bedroom, 3 full bathroom beach block getaway—just 7 houses from the beautiful Brigantine beach! With space to sleep up to 13 guests comfortably, this home is perfect for family reunions, multi-family vacations, or group retreats.

Great House, Great Location

We had a wonderful week in Brigantine. The house had plenty of room for all eleven of us. Close to the beach and within walking distance of anything we wanted to do. Great for large families. Marianne, our host, was available and helpful.

Great Get Away

Perfect weekend get away in September. The property is clean and well located on the beach block and 5 minute walk to Wawa, Acme, and the ice cream shop. The owners were welcoming and extremely timely and attentive in response to a few minor snafus. We reserving again for next year.

Family vacation 2024

We had a wonderful week at beautiful Brigantine beach in the lovely home of Marianne and David! They are seriously the best hosts we have ever rented from! They were so kind and concerned that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. A beautiful well equipped home hosted by genuinely nice people in the perfect place for a family beach getaway! We will be back!

Labor day weekend!!

We had amazing labor day weekend with the family,the house is very good and clean condition, is close to the beach,supermarket, bank,the kitchen have everything you need for cooking,the bed is very comfortable. Thanks David & Marianne for everything you do for us.

Beautiful Beach Werk

Beautiful weather and a beautiful property. We enjoyed our first visit to Brigantine, the house was well equipped with everything to make us feel at home. The extra refrigerator in the garage and gas grill come in very handy with a large group. The beach is large so you can spread out and not be on top of the next person. The owners are very responsive and wanted to be sure we enjoyed our stay which we did! Thank you!

Amazing!

We rented this house for a week with extended family and had such an amazing experience! Dave and Marianne were so accommodating and when we had issues with a door knob and coffee machine, they were fixed IMMEDIATELY while we were out enjoying dinner. The house was incredibly clean and the perfect size for our family vacation—-plenty of space for everyone. Can’t beat the perfect location either. Already wishing we were back there. 😊 looking forward to booking another stay next season!

Great week at the beach at a great house!

The house is very well maintained, is very well equipped, and is in great condition! This felt more like staying at an owned beach house than a rental property given the quality of the furnishings...from the beds to the inside and outside furniture to the kitchen utensils. The house was also immaculately clean when we arrived. My family and I spent a week here and loved the location one block from the beach. Marianne and David were amazing hosts - very organized, friendly, and easy to work with and get in touch with. I highly recommend this property and Marianne and David as hosts!!

2022 Brigantine Family Beach Vacation

Our family had a great time in Brigantine. Marianne & David were wonderful to work with. Marianne provided us with all the information on the house as well as a complete listing of local restaurants and things to do. She stayed in touch with us throughout our stay giving us updates on local events that were taking place. Also they were both very responsive to any questions that we had during our stay. The house was great....big & roomy for our entire family....including our 4 grandkids who took over the bedroom on the first floor as the "Kids Club". The beds in each of the rooms were all very comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful back deck in the evenings winding down after a full day at the beach. There are plenty of very nice beach chairs & umbrellas which was greatly appreciated. Marianne & David also made sure that there were boogie boards for the grandkids as well as beach toys for them to play with while we were at the beach....a very nice touch for sure. The 2nd refrigerator/freezer in the garage is another nice touch for keeping sodas, beer, wine etc. Overall this was a great house for us and our family vacation with owners that are great to work with. We loved it and plan to return again for our next beach vacation.

Awesome house and beach for family vacation

We had a amazing vacation thanks to Marrianne, Dave, and Brigantine. Traveling with a 2 years old, a 5 years old, grandparents, and uncle, the house and location were perfect. The house had everything we could ever need to enjoy ourselves. The beach is also fantastic and is just down the block. And there is the huge added bonus for kids (and adults) of an icecream shop and miniature golf just a short walk away. We truly had a blast and can’t wait until next year.

Loved this place

Just left today after a weeks stay. Marianne and Dave were great and the house was just perfect. I loved the proximity to the beach and the fact that beach tags and chairs were included made it so easy for us. The kids (ages 10,11&12) rode their bikes and scooters easily and safely around town. It really was the perfect family vacation!

Simply Lovely

Wonderful people to rent from, very helpful and communication with them was prompt. The house is very well kept, spacious that all of us had plenty of room and the kitchen had all of the essentials. It was our first time visiting Brigantine and it was simply lovely! Thank you David and Marianne! Oh, and one quick note, you should bring in the 2nd fridge ;)

Perfect house for family beach vacation

Thank you to David and Marianne for a wonderful beach house rental experience! Our family group has stayed in several similar homes in this neighborhood over the years and this one was the best. The owners were helpful and communicative, and the house amenities were spot on. Our kids loved the shark room in particular! We will certainly be back!

Great house at quiet area of beach

The house was in great shape, newly renovated as of July 2021. Beds were comfortable. Decks were a solid size for a bigger group. This area of the beach was never crowded even over 4th of July, which we loved. Owner was very responsive and proactive to make sure we had a great stay, they definitely care about the property as their home and not just a turnover rental unit,

Hi, we are Marianne and David. We vacationed with our family in Brigantine for a few years and decided we loved the town and the beach so we bought a house here. There's so many great restaurants and shows in addition to all of the water sports. We vacation on the property when it's not rented so we are always checking that everything is clean and working. We want you to enjoy our house as much as we do.

Very, very close to beach, shopping, ball fields and skate park. Brigantine 18-hole golf course is a short, 7 minute drive as are the casinos and shows in AC. Neighborhood is safe, quiet and relaxing.

This house is big enough for the whole family to vacation together!

7th house from the beach! The South end of Brigantine maintained our expansive beaches even after the winter storms. There's plenty of room to relax and unwind while maintaining safe distances from other vacationers.
