Villa Waterloo - Waterfront on Silly Creek

Villa Waterloo is a welcoming 3 bedroom 3 bath home located directly on Silly Creek. This calm waterway is located in the Chalk Sound National Park and connected by a small inlet to the warm waters of the Caicos Banks. The indoor/outdoor screened living and dining areas, spacious outdoor patio, fire pit, and refreshing pool are surrounded by palms and tropical plants and offer a harmonious retreat to relax and recharge. Step down to Waterloo’s private dock to enjoy our island sunrises or sunny days on the chaise loungers, launch the included SUPs and kayaks, or enter the water to swim or snorkel. Two additional living areas in the home and an equipped kitchen provide ample space to enjoy your holiday with family and friends. Three private bedroom suites include a large master suite upstairs with a private deck and spa bath; a downstairs two-Twin/King (per request) suite with bath; and a detached guesthouse overlooking the pool and water with two Queen canopy beds with ensuite bath and a private outdoor shower. Bedrooms
Master Bedroom: This bedroom is located on the second floor and features a King sized bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and a bathtub and a small balcony with two sun loungers overlooking Silly Creek.
Twin Bedroom: The Twin Bedroom is located on the first floor and has two twin beds. The bathroom with a shower is located just across the hallway.
Queen Bedroom: Accessed via the patio, the third bedroom features two Queen beds and semi outdoor enclosed shower.

Wifi is accessible in all rooms of the villa.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped will all pots, pans, dishes and cutlery required for six guests, plus extra.
There is a gas stove, dishwasher, side by side double door refrigerator and a separate drinks refrigerator/wine cooler. The villa has a standard coffee machine requiring ground coffee and also a Keurig coffee machine.

Living Room
The villa has three separate sitting areas. Two sitting areas are located inside the glassed portion of the villa while the third set of sofas is located in the semi outdoor screened area.

The glass sliding doors open and recess into the walls allowing the cool breeze to flow throughout the house.

Patio
The outdoor patio area is expansive and offers a teak outdoor dining table with six chairs, a separate sitting area with a fire pit and yet another sitting area by the pool with a large outdoor sofa.

Dock
Several short steps lead you down to the boardwalk and dock on Silly Creek. Here four sun loungers offer the perfect place to stretch out and relax on the water. The dock also offers the perfect place to launch the kayaks or paddleboard provided for guest use.

Pool Information: The depth of the pool is from 3.5ft to 4.5ft. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Other Things to Note
-Air conditioning is metered separately and $150 of usage is complimentary with weekly rentals. Any power overages are charged at the current market rate + 12% Turks & Caicos Accommodation Tax.
