Great location! Restaurants, shops, and grocery stores within 5 to 10 minutes drive. Resort-style pool with outdoor grilling area, plus a fitness center. Spacious 1860 square foot condo on the 6th floor, with enclosed lanai and undercover garage. Beautiful view of the bay. Guest rooms consist of 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twins. 3 bathrooms! Beach chairs, umbrella’s and mac wagon available for use. No pets allowed.

Spring Break at Vanderbilt Beach

Great condo, beautiful view of the bay, walking distance to beach. Lots of fun restaurants & shopping close by. Our family loved it!

Lovely condo

Condo was very attractive and clean. Floor plan great for various family members, giving everyone privacy. The porch and view of the water made for relaxing and leisurely meals outside. Very convenient neighborhood for shopping. I highly recommend this condo!

Great Friends Getaway!

Very kind helpful people. The property was clean and great location. Very, very busy beach. Hope that improves as area gets back to more normal. Would consider same rental in the future.

Luxury Living at Its Best

This condo was amazing, the best place that I have ever stayed at in the Naples area. Very open feel to the floor plan, a beautiful view of the water from the lanai, and three spacious bedrooms and full bathrooms. The on-site pool and workout facilities are fantastic. The appliances in the unit are all newer and working well. Super-clean place, and great communication from the owner. And it truly is a 7-minute walk from Vanderbilt Beach, just as advertised.

Our best experience renting in Naples in over 10 years—both in the condition & appearance of the property (e.g., comfortable, clean) and in the diligence of the property manager (Sandi). Sandi is personable, cooperative, and willing to respond immediately. She could not have been more helpful.

Best venue you can find

This place was great for me and my family. Cleaner than clean. Nicely appointed. Very well stocked kitchen. The most comfortable sectional couch ever. Awesome pool. The Regatta property itself is wonderful and everyone was really friendly and engaging. Sandi the property mgr was absolutely the best - professional, friendly and responsive - There was a little glitch with the security gate code. I texted her on a Friday after 9pm - she responded in 1 minute and the glitch was resolved moments later. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Naples - this is it!

Large, clean condo with a great pool and great location

Overall, my family had an amazing week in this rental. The condo was very spacious and had a great view. The kids LOVED the resort style pool. This is located within minutes to great restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. We will definitely be returning!

Superb

I stayed at this Regatta condo for five weeks and it was delightful. Morning coffee was enjoyed sitting on the screened in lanai watching the boaters, kayaks and the ever entertaining pelicans. Regatta is just a short walk to the beach where I enjoyed so many beautiful sunsets. The unit was clean and well equipped with anything you might need for cooking or beach time. The property manager, Sandi, was absolutely outstanding with quick responses to questions. She was on top of everything. You can't go wrong with this unit.

Excellent Location & Comfortable Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving Holiday week at this condo. It was well stocked with all the items you need away from home, just a short walk to the beach and very well maintained. The property contact was incredibly helpful & responsive! I highly recommend this property!

The Regatta is beautiful! The condo was extremely clean and very nice inside! Great location. 5 min walk to Vanderbilt Beach. We loved it! And will rent again.

Perfect in every way

This unit is perfect in every way! My husband and I came to Naples with my parents and 14 year old twin boys. The unit was perfect in terms of layout and space. Since we had flown in, we were so glad the unit came equipped with beach chairs, an umbrella and even a wagon! This unit is within a short walking distance to the beach. We also were extremely close to Old Naples, a key shopping area with amazing restaurants (We especially enjoyed Jane’s restaurant). The kitchen in the unit was also stocked with a nice coffee maker, plenty of cutlery, dishes and supplies which made it easier to cook and clean. We really enjoyed sitting out on the lanei to see boats go by and beautiful painterly sunsets every night. The decor of the unit is very comfortable and new. Finally, we super appreciated the owner (Sandi) checking in to see if we needed anything. She made us feel so welcome!!
