Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

Between the sugar-white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, newly renovated outdoor pool, outdoor tiki bar, you’ll have endless water entertainment for you and the family.  Step inside for a dip in the seasonally heated indoor pool, or get a workout in at the fitness facility, equipped with a sauna. While you take in the coastal vibes in the lobby, stop by the gift shop for some must-have Destin goodies or much-needed sunscreen.  Let the kids pick a favorite DVD from our complimentary DVD rental. If you tire yourself out from building sandcastles and soaking up the sun.

SunDestin Unit 0716 greets you with an open floor plan and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the main living area, perfect for plopping down sandy beach bags and heading directly into the kitchen for a snack. You’ll find the kitchen well stocked with all the essentials, so whether you are looking to whip up some sandwiches for the beach or a nice dinner for the family, this kitchen has all the tools to make it happen. This unit was recently refreshed with new paint and furniture. You’ll find comfortable seating and a flat-panel television with a DVD player in the living room, and let’s not forget the stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico. Gaze at the emerald green water from inside the unit or from the balcony.

The master bedroom includes a flat-panel television, but it’s hard to watch a show when you have stunning views of the Gulf. With a full ensuite bathroom and a half bathroom accessed through the main living area, this unit has everything you need to enjoy your vacay to the fullest. The master bedroom has two queen beds and the living room sofa is a queen sleeper sofa, comfortably accomodating up to six people.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
