Our Kennedy Cottage includes a king size bed, private bath, and gas fireplace . It has a kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave, and fridge and direct access to the hot tub and pool. Bath Robes, Beekman Bath Amenities, new bedding, Magnavox Roku TV, and upgraded WIFI included. Guest lounge on the second floor where you will have access to a daily continental breakfast, coffee 24/7, Board Games, and glassware.

Our rooms include private bath, king or queen bed, self-serve continental breakfast, and terry robes.
• Private rooms with fireplace.​
• Brand new bedding in every room.
• Year-round hot tub (open until 11:00pm daily).
• Seasonal in-ground heated pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day).
• Direct access to the Finger Lakes Trail.
• Eight minute walk to the local village shops, bars, and restaurants.
• Two major ski resorts, Holiday Valley and Holimont, are less than 2 miles from our location.

The hosts were very accomidating. They brought a bottle of bubbly and a card for the birthday celebration we were there for. It was an enjoyabke atay and the breakfast they served us on our last morning was enjoyable. Thank you Jean and Deborah.

Impressive Birthday Weekend!

Sweet cozy cottage with an amazing host!! The property owners were more than accommodating and very sweet! The hot tub was huge- great for relaxing. On the day of checkout the husband and wife team made a spectacular home cooked breakfast and were so nice. I would absolutely recommend this property and I will definitely be going back!

Ski weekend getaway

Will absolutely book again! Perfect location in proximity to both downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Ski Resort. The personal touches in the suite made it an even nicer stay! Hot tub worked great, and we have already discussed booking in the summer to check out the pool!

Wonderful Stay in Ellicottville!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We stayed for a short get away for my husbands birthday, Deborah and John even left champagne, cupcakes and a card for him! The property was very enjoyable and relaxing. Deborah and John were very hospitable and were available if we needed anything. We cannot wait to go back again!

Really cute and cozy cottage

This cottage is cute, cozy, and clean. Perfect for a couple to get away skiing for a few nights. Close to Holiday Valley and Holimont, and all of the restaurants and shops in EVL. The hot tub sits right outside the cottage, and was much appreciated. Deborah and JY are lovely hosts who made us feel very welcome! We hope to return either later this season, or next year!

Great property

Had a great weekend in the cottage. It is isolated from the main building which is nice, and was very clean and had many amenities. Hot tub was great. Location is also very convenient. About 5 min drive from holiday valley and we even walked to downtown and only took about 15 minutes.

Perfect place to stay in Ellicottville

My wife and I have been wanting to go skiing at Holiday Valley for quite some time and we found this perfect cottage for our stay. The property is wonderful and everything as advertised, and we loved using the hot tub after a long day of skiing. The owners were great and treated us with some delicious baked muffins and cakes during our stay. The location of the cottage is just on the outer edge of Ellicottville and is an easy drive or walk into town. We would definitely book the Kennedy Cottage again on our next trip to Ellicottville.

Outdoor/Hiking Getaway

This property is a gem!! Centrally located too all kinds of outdoor fun. While primarily a ski town we were there in the summer and the amount of hiking and outdoor adventures to be found was fantastic! Close to Alleghany State park and Letchworth state park as well as several smaller private owned fun properties to explore. Come back after a morning of hiking to relax by the pool and then take a leisurely stroll into the heart of the village for lots of local finds!! Hosts are very communicative, have great tips/ideas, and wonderfully accommodating making sure that everything is taken care of for you! For anyone in the Cleveland/NEO area this is a great short drive to a lot of fun activities with great accomodations!

Perfect weekend getaway!

We stayed at the Kennedy Cottage at the Saisons Inn and it was fantastic! Conveniently located, plus we had our privacy since it’s separate from the main house. Loved the hot tub! It was a little chilly the weekend we went so we didn’t get to use the pool but definitely next time when we stay. The owners were very accommodating by providing soap, shampoo, conditioner, linens, towels, and even robes! They even made us a delicious breakfast. I would highly recommend this lodging if you’re in the area. Perfect relaxing getaway that we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful weekend ski trip

A perfect spot for my boyfriend and I to spend the weekend skiing at holiday valley. Great location to ellicotville and the mountain. Hosts were very responsive, friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

Perfect getaway

Well done 1br cottage that fit our needs after a long day skiing. The jacuzzi under a porch roof overlooking mountains was an amazing way to relax. Deborah and Jean went out of their way to get me some gifts for my wife for our anniversary. Excellent host. We will be back.

Weekend getaway

We stayed in the Kennedy Cottage and absolutely loved it. Super cozy and inviting. The owners are really accommodating and friendly people. Made us feel right at home. This will be the first place I look to book for all of my future visits to Ellicottville.
