CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

SunDestin Unit 0808 is a lovely one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. You’ll find plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day out or stay in and enjoy sweeping ocean views from this open-concept living/dining unit. Lounge in front of the flat-screen TV on plush furnishings or comfortably gather for snacks and meals at the breakfast bar. Prepare treats for the beach in the gorgeous, fully-appointed kitchen loaded with plenty of counter and cabinet space, then gather on the private balcony for breathtaking sunsets. Settle in for some relaxation on the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room, on twin bunks nestled in the hall, or in the  master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.

Located in the Destin Harbor, the HarborWalk Marina is a great starting point for a day on the water. From pontoon boat and kayak rentals to parasailing and dolphin cruises, you’ll find something to please everyone in your group!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
