SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. Amenities remain open and fully available for guest use aside from the splashpad.

Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

Swing by our lobby gift shop for snacks and beach supplies on your way to the newly renovated outdoor pool, or lounge by the shores of the gulf with a beach chair and umbrella, available for an additional fee. Calm the senses in the indoor/outdoor hot tubs, steam room, and sauna or unwind by the indoor pool (heated seasonally). Head to the fitness facility for a workout and unwind with complimentary DVD rentals. No matter the age of those in your party, all will enjoy the outdoor tiki bar and splash pad (seasonal). SunDestin has plenty of meeting space for special events or business meetings and the concierge is happy to assist with any inquiries. As always, our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk.

SunDestin Unit 1717, a beautiful one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four people. Upon entrance, you’ll be met with a soothing color palette and an open/concept space that’s both inviting and calming. The fully appointed kitchen, with an abundance of counter and cabinet space, affords plenty of room for meal and snack preparation. Everyone can either gather around the dining table or snuggle up in the cozy living room, complete with a queen sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV. Recline in the master bedroom with a king bed, en suite bath, and another flat-screen TV. Enjoy your morning coffee or late-night snacks on the balcony overlooking the emerald waters.

Just eight miles from FWB airport, five minutes from Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park, and ten minutes from Destin Harborwalk, you’ll find centrally located Destin, FL is in the middle of everything!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
