Right on the beach. Close to everything you can walk to almost anything you need the Walmart is just a little over a mile. I do feel the price was a little high with all the fees added but for the location it was great. This is my second time staying at the Sun Destin 2 different condos this one was the nicer one. Will definitely always try to stay here..

Beautiful views and very clean. Some basics were missing and quality was less than expected although it wasn’t bad. would stay here again for the building amenities and location right on the beach.

Great trip

Have stayed in the location, not same room, multiple times. Overall great place to stay. Will be there with my kids again soon.

Beautiful view

Condo itself was amazing, clean and an amazing view. The property had alot of renovations going on so we were woke up every morning around 7am from drills and workers. Only inside pool was open.

Very outdated property for the price. Tvs were probably the first flat screens made, can't turn mb fan on... front br had no curtains... brought lights from hall shining in window- but it had a newer tv... no pull chain... kitchen is not stocked well, communication was minimal... we enjoyed our stay overall, but they should adjust pricing.... and communicate better....

Great Place

Ice maker wasn't working so bring your own ice if it hasn't been repaired | Refrigerator looks like it was at a battle zone. Dishwasher is not easy to open. For the price you pay to stay here, I guess it's not too bad since the view is amazing. Great corner, which was very quiet and semi-private.

Not what I paid for.

Not only was all the pools closed and crew men in our way everywhere we went. I also decided to use the one amenity that was working the hot tub. The next day I had an e. coli bladder infection from the unclean water. Then we used the washers on our floor and it caught on fire. This caused the clothes we washed to smell like a chemicals. I would never ever stay at this resort again.

The tv in the living room didn't work and the fan in the master bedroom did not work. The refrigerator was not working well either. For what you pay it would be nice to have these things fixed and in good working order.

Beautiful View.

Nice condominium on the 16th floor with a beautiful view towards the ocean, the side windows face the next door condo windows & eliminate some privacy. But not a big deal. we just closed the drapes at night. Kitchen has all the necessary items including small appliances like a small kerig, coffee pot (no filters), toaster and blender. The salt and pepper shakers are empty, so plan on bringing that as well as all other seasonings. Bed was comfortable enough and the shower pressure is amazing! We love Sundestin and will be back in the spring. Super friendly staff! The condo sleeps 7 but it was just the two of us. So we had a lot of room. Other items you might need are paper towels and extra napkins.

Vacation

The couch in the unit badly needs to be replaced uncomfortable and stains all over it. It seems to be the case and most of the units at sundestin bed was comfortable. All the bathrooms were nice. Kitchen was nice. It would be nice if they would give you more than two trash liners for a week’s day. Also, you would think at the price that we paid for one week that they could at least exchange the linens one time . you’re there to be on vacation and not to be doing laundry for two hours. There was no coffee or coffee filters provided in the kitchen for even one time. Use. The unit was quite and great view.

This is an exceptional place. Took my family for vacation to Destin again, which we do annually. The condo was amazing! Clean, amazing beach view, all the amenities were fantastic, check in and out was super simple and the host extremely responsive. Highly recommended and we will be using this same location again in the future. Highest possible recommendation.
