This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is beautiful overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico. All the amenities you would have at home. King size bed in the master with double sink, soak in tub and walk in shower. Guest bedroom has queen size bed and twin bed with access to guest bathroom. Balcony has comfy furniture for relaxing and watching the dolphins and amazing sunsets. Kitchen is fully furnished with ice maker, blender, crock pot, Keurig coffee maker, pots & pans, plenty of dishes and drinkware. Bathrooms have plenty of towels and hair dryer.

The building is in a quiet, private location off the main tourist path with direct access to a very open beach.The condo itself was comfortable with all of the amenities we needed and provided a patio with amazing gulf side sunset views.The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use and the pool was great with long open hours.The host was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We would stay again for sure.

Very Nice

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything was as we had hoped. The owner was very helpful, and committed to our having a nice stay. The view was as advertised -- beautiful sunsets and a nice comfortable condo. You enter the building from the east side, so that the balcony is on the west side -- this makes for great sunsets. An unexpected bonus, however, was the view from the east side. From here, you can see across the harbor, which makes for beautiful views. On a clear day, you can even see downtown Tampa and downtown St. Petersburg. I hope to be able to stay there again.

Fantastic, gorgeous, comfortable

Such a gorgeous place and huge, lovely view! Had all we needed. Host Kathy very friendly, attentive and helpful. Other condo folks and guard house staff very kind. Easy to relax - quiet! Lots of room to spread out.

Home (with a view) away from home...

It was a lovely time staying in this condo. The views of the Gulf and Bay were fantastic. The short walk to the beach was so nice, too. The ceiling fans helped in keeping us cool and the blankets so cozy. The Master Bedroom was bright and well appointed. This was our 15th year to stay in Sand Key and we will likely never tire of it. Thank you Kathy for the ease of booking, communication, and remedy of anything that could arise during our stay. We were blessed. Thank you for letting the sunlight shine on us there!

2 week getaway

We rented this unit for 2 weeks. The unit was as described, the pictures were accurate, and the condo was very clean. The property is right on the beach and the unit faces the ocean with beautiful views and picture perfect sunsets. This is a great rental in an upscale property on the quiet side of Clearwater Beach (Sand Key), yet close to restaurants, Pier 60, the Aquarium and all the fun tourist things to do. The owner is very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this condo for a family or 2 couples traveling together.
