Location was excellent

This place worked very well for my family of four. It was clean and had everything we needed. The oceanfront view was spectacular. It was close enough to everything and seemed to be a safe area (the south end, prior to the boardwalk, seemed less so). This unit was near the elevator but never disturbed us, actually made it more convenient. Pool towels were available through the front desk. We would definitely stay again.

Oceanview was perfect! Loved that the kitchen had what we needed to cook with. Room is very out dated. ROOM Needs some TLC... Carpet dirty, holes in walls, kitchen floors need to be updated, furniture very outdated and wasn't the cleanest! We enjoyed out stay and made t h e best out of it!

Needs some TLC

This unit was clean but needs some TLC. The pictures are not up-to-date. The chair is stained as well as the carpet giving the unit the feel of not being clean. The bathroom and kitchen were clean. Beds were very nice and comfy. We stay at Camelot every year for dance competition and this unit was not up to standard as other units we have stayed in at the same location the past 3 years. Lastly, the outlets are also very loose, everytime we plugged in things they would fall out easily this did make it difficult to get our girls ready for dance competition but we finally found one that would hold in the hair straightener and hair dryer.

Just ok

We stayed in spring when there's less activity. The good is it's a nice view and location only if you want to be right in the busiest area in myrtle beach. The room was clean. The bad is the room sleeps 6 but only 4 could be in there comfortably at best. It's outdated as most of the hotels there except high end. Carpet is old and rolled. The parking garage is a nightmare. Whoever designed it should lose their license. We needed handicap because my husband is wheelchair bound. Only 2 per floor and they were always full so we had a hard time getting him out of van. The pools are small and always full so didn't even get to use them. Wouldn't stay there again but what bothered me may not bother everyone else. Before I went I asked if they had a shower chair and was told yes so didn't bring one. When I got there they said they didn't have one, so my husband couldn't shower. They said there was beach wheelchair free service available but when I called they no longer offer it. Seems like they should have up to date information. Nice little park beside hotel though.

Great stay!

Custom service was excellent at check in, and through out stay if we ever had a question. The room was clean and as described and expected. Girlfriends and I met there from 3 different states for a conference and then extended our stay by two days which added 2 days to the conference reservation and it went off without a hitch without having to change rooms etc. Wod definitely recommend or stay there again.
