Family had a great time.

While there are always room for some improvements, the company addressed the concerns I had appropriately. The room is nice and had alot of space. The view was great. The door to the outside should be updated soon as it was difficult to open to the balcony

Was comfortable and had everything we needed. Only negatives: Drapes in main room were jacked up and the other was the stained dirty looking carpets.

Sister get away!

The Condo was wonderful and it was nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and cheaper than a hotel for a week, we decided it was the only way to go.

Elevators of the building were sketchy. Had loose panels and one would act up if door left open for too long. Upon arrival to unit, there was very noticeable mold growing in ceiling in living room in multiple places. After further inspection there was also mold growing on vent in kitchen and spots on the wall around entry way. The vacasa maintenance came and painted over the biggest spot in living room but didn't get the other spots. The main bedroom doesn't cool as well as the rest of the unit but was tolerable. Furniture in good shape. Could use some updated bed pillows though.

Nice condo directly on beach

Arcadian II condos are clean and the HOA there seems to do a great job on keeping the grounds maintained and the pool area very clean as well. Like that there are night security guards at front door access in evenings and overnight just in case of any issues. This condo was nice and quiet. Would come back. Only two issues while there - the front door lock and key needs maintenance. Key was very hard to get back into door to lock when we would go out. Easier to open door with key to get in, but you can feel that this needs to be replaced very soon before the lock breaks. I did call the rental office so they would be aware of the issue needing future maintenance. The other issue was there were no directions on how to get the cable box and tv to turn on with the multiple remotes left by TV. We thought we had figured the sequence to get cable tv on, but when we would turn off one way, and try to turn on the same way we turned TV off, none of us could easily replicate what buttons we had to hit and in what sequence between two remotes to get that TV on. Please leave clear directions for next renter. Air conditioning in living room worked great, but vents need to be checked, as it was very warm in the 2nd bedroom closest to front entrance. Hardly any cool air getting in there.

Awesome location

This property is the perfect location! However, we could not get the Wi-Fi to work and when I tried to reach out in regards to being locked out, I was not able to get in contact with anyone and did not receive a reply to my message.

Housekeeping did UNIT 8D a DISSERVICE

The Unit looked exactly like the pictures. Very spacious. However, the bathroom floors were filthy and filthy around the floor of the toilets. So disgusting. I went to check out the master bedroom and the Blue and White seashell spread was full of stains. Needless to say, i threw it in the closet and went straight to WALMART for bedding. The living room curtains were rigged with some kind of cord and it wouldn’t close. Oh and my family and I got locked out of this unit because we used the door knob lock. I call the 800# and it took the manager to come and let us in. This took 1 hour.I wish someone would have said on the DAY 1 Directives NOT TO LOCK THE DOOR KNOB.

Great overall, but some issues.

I truly loved this place overall!! The condo was very nice and clean on the surface. The location was great! The view was incredible!! The furniture and beds were nice and comfortable. Beautiful kitchen. BUT...the carpet in the bedrooms and small hallway was disgusting!! We did not feel comfortable walking around barefoot. The hall bath toilet was always running making sleeping in that back bedroom frustrating. The internet might as well have been non-existent. When we first got there the cable would not work but we were able to fix that, but the internet was out more than it was on. We constantly had to sign in and agree to terms and conditions on our phones, tablets and my Fire stick/Netflix. VERY Annoying!!! We had problems locking the sliding glass door on the 3rd day b/c the door would not close enough so the locking mechanism could not latch. I sent an email to Vacasa about all these things and someone emailed me back, explaining to me like I was a complete idiot, how to lock a door(with picture of door lock, arrow pointing to lever). They did not offer help with the other problems other than they would contact management but they did not see an outage in the area. After this, we discovered that the microwave did not work at all. We were trying to warm leftovers from the night before, but when we hit Start, the microwave made a loud rumbling noise for 2 seconds and then just shut off. One last thing that probably wouldn't bother most, the cleaning crew(I assume) left scented plug ins in the condo. I have severe allergies and asthma and keep feeling like I couldn't breathe. We looked all over for something emitting the scent but could not find it. I had to go out on the balcony to avoid having an asthma attack. The other person with me kept searching and finally found a plug in BEHIND the couch and another under the entry way table. We had to air the place out before I could go back inside. I understand this was probably done as a courtesy to make the place smell nice, but with different people renting, you do not know whether they have allergies or asthma, so it may be better to not use them or leave them in a very visible place.

Location and view phenomenal!

Condo was great and as advertised. Beach was great! Biggest downside was the cleaning. Kitchen had spills and splatters on counters and cabinets. Coffeemaker had leftover coffee and grounds still in it. Entire condo needed vacuumed when we arrived due to sand bring all over the floors with piles in master bath. MBath was a bit tight.

The perfect Beachfront Escape

This home is the perfect place to enjoy oceanfront luxury without feeling crowded. This is a spacious and well-appointed unit with everything you need for cooking, beach time, and relaxing. Just a short trip down the elevator to the pool and ocean. You must come and see for yourself.

Nice property

The entire property was very nice. We had a few maintenance issues that were handled very quickly by Vacasa. The access to the beach is awesome being right there and the covered parking was great. The only odd thing is that the outlet took some getting used to. It seemed that most had one receptacle tied to a light switch and it took some trial and error to realize that, especially when something didn't charge. Overall, it was a great stay.
