The big draw to this property is how overly pet friendly it is! Some say it even caters more to dogs than to people. Onsite services include FURology Paw Spa & Retreat offering dog-sitting and grooming services. We also have a great pool area and sundeck for guests to enjoy.

Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Labor day week

Love that it's pet friendly. The mattresses were not very good and there is no housekeeping lots of sand in room after a week but we still enjoyed our vacation and would stay at Ocean Park again.

Horrible week Vacation

Room was not ready on time, staff was rude at the front desk, things in the room were broken. There were no tables by the outside pool. Elevators were a nightmare. We had an awful week stay for what we paid. Will never stay at this place again!

Lovely View

This was a great condo for the price. The view is spectacular. The Wi-Fi worked great for remote work and virtual meetings. The parking can be a bit tricky if you’re there on a busy holiday. On a side note- We rented another condo for our family and that one was wrecked from the people before us. Vacasa was absolutely a nightmare to deal with to try to get it cleaned up. As long as you don’t have to deal with them, you might enjoy this room.

Housekeeping

We like the motel the motel was very clean. We paid for housekeeping and received none. We had to carry out our own trash ask for clean towels every night and make our own beds. I paid for housekeeping I feel I should be refunded because I did my own housekeeping.

Not up to Par

We had to change hotels last minute thanks to Hurricane Ian. The hotel is not handicap accessible. If you have wheels you have to go down a minimum of 2 sets of stairs to get to the beach. The right side could possibly take a very long route to get to the sand but chairs were blocking the route so you could barely fit through. Room was outdated, but mostly clean. There was food on the back splash left from the previous guests.

I definitely love that it was beachfront for my mother she really enjoyed it it was me my mom and my sister-in-law that went on this trip and we did it for my mom because her father just passed away in February and wanted to take her on a trip and she really loved it it was oceanfront it’s just that the bathroom was left a little dirty with some sand around the toilet and some sand through the apartment but overall it was a great day and will definitely be back next year

Ocean Park Resort

The rooms were extremely clean The staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort is but friendly but one would never know because no where on the property did it smell like dog droppings. I highly recommend this resort!!

Awesome

I truly was shocked (due to prices) it was a pretty amazing spot. I was extremely pleased with getting all my filters, when booking (kitchen, ocean front, ocean view & balcony). Outside of there being no housekeeping, Mr. & I truly enjoyed our stay (Monday -Thursday). We have already decided we will be staying here again in the near future.

Room review

The room was clean and the ocean front view was nice. The only issue we had was finding the tv guide for channels. The staff was very eager to help and were very nice. Great option for pets staying with you. Location was very good.

Old, out dated, dingy

The pictures on the website must be old. The room had a very musky smell. Needs updates, paint and new appliances. Because of the shortage of staff, no room service at all. Had to return towels to front desk to get new ones and take out our trash. The price should be reduced since the service was.
