THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Good price for location and amenities

Just a few blocks away from the rough side of Myrtle beach but not a bad stay for the price if you want to stay in and go to the beach. Nice community pool and hot tub. Looks like they are renovating.

Ocean Park Stay

The stay was good overall. The room had a great view, room was clean, and the pools were nice. Could use more cooking utensils like pots, pans, and Skillets. The outside hot tub did not work.

Dog lover’s place to stay.

Very dog friendly place to stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful when we had a problem with our air conditioner. The outside hallways are weather beaten but typical of other places we’ve stayed at. The room was comfortable enough with a great view but the appliances were looking tired and the couch could use a good cleaning. I saw the staff cleaning inside and outside and they put an emphasis on cleanliness.

As Expected

Loved the beach front location. Wasn’t expecting a brand new resort but a decent place with wear and tear here and there. Jacuzzi wasn’t working properly and elevator wait times are excessive during check in and check out but for the price we were happy.

Nice Amenities

Great access to the beach and the pools and hot tub Jacuzzis were wonderful. I loved how pet friendly this hotel is. You definitely won't be in the minority if you bring your pet. It was wonderful to have the full kitchen appliances so we could cook but the flatware could use upgrading. The only thing that I would suggest is to include a side chair for seating. The couch was adequate for the 3 of us though. The staff was great too! We would definitely stay here again.

Ocean Resort

Rooms were very comfortable. Had everything I needed. Staff was exceptional. Breathtaking view from my balcony, of sunrises over the ocean. Only negatives would be that it was bike week and was pretty noisy. Everything was pretty clean except the floors were in need of a good mopping. Not just the swiffer type mops. Especially when dogs have been there. I took my dog as well, she is my service dog. I liked all the amenities they had for dogs. I had a relaxing stay here and enjoyed it very much.

Very Dog Friendly

We chose this property because one of our dogs exceeded the standard 20 lb limit of other properties. Our room was in better condition then other dog friendly places we have stayed in. It would not be our first choice if we didn't need to bring our dogs.

Disgusting and falling apart!!

EVERYTHING in the room was falling apart, from the cupboards to the floors. It smelled like marijuana constantly in all the halls and elevators. It was awful and we left early.

Cute, small room

The resort was nice. Pools were awesome and the location right on the beach was nice. It is a bit far from the hustle and bustle of the city, which is good and bad. Staff at the resort was kind and accommodating. The room was fine, but it looks much bigger in pictures. It was tight for 4 people. Very tiny kitchen, but it was doable for us. The water pressure in the shower was really strong and annoying. Also, the ceiling above our sink started leaking towards the end of the week. I think they fixed it though when we told them. Overall, we had a nice stay.
