The big draw to this property is how overly pet friendly it is! Some say it even caters more to dogs than to people. Onsite services include FURology Paw Spa & Retreat offering dog-sitting and grooming services. We also have a great pool area and sundeck for guests to enjoy.

THINGS TO KNOW
All Oceana Resort properties are equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great Place

We enjoyed our stay at Myrtle Beach. Check in/out was quick and easy. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Condo was clean and well maintained. Swimming pools and grounds were great. Beautiful oceanfront view.

I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay on the ocean and especially if you're trying ...

You will get 5 star experience without the high price and your pets will approve, I have stayed in a condo on the north end but I like this one a lot better. All the guests are friendly and the pets are too.

Great Stay

Ocean Park Resort is oceanside with and outdoor and indoor pool and a large hot tub. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can have your pets which is nice. The property is older and doesn't have the spit and shine that many properties do but it was clean and comfortable.

Poor Upkeep but Beautiful Views

There was a good amount of dust and uncleaned spaces (food goo), dead bugs, sticky soda rings all of which I should have taken pictures of but just cleaned up. The unit is old and has not been well maintained. The security lock was hanging by loose screws. I am a widow so renting this was a real sacrifice for me financially. The ocean view however, was priceless. The neighborhood area get sketchy and unsafe to be out after dark. I didn’t know there was a difference between North Myrtle and Myrtle.

Very enjoyable!

Great place to vacation with your dog! The place appears to be very well maintained. I think I probably saw more maintenance staff than guest! And every time they would say hello. I hate hassles when on vacation and I ran into no issues from check in to check out. They were a well oiled machine! Shower was hot… hot tub was hot. All good. My dog had a fantastic time too!

Be careful

View was awesome! No maid service the whole stay. Group of college kids next door that partied till 3am every night. Two elevators used by staff and all. Bed was broke, king size bed, no middle support.

Ocean Park review

I love being back at Ocean Park and being able to bring my sweet furbaby. Glad there was a broom Bc I hate walking on sand daily and that made it easier to clean that up. We were able to get towels as needed and anything else we needed. Thanks for a great vacation!

Room was great, everything they said it would be. Elevators are a problem. One or the other was out of service the entire week, leaving only one to use. Long waits. Lot's of folks smoking and vaping. It was not a smoke free time. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great little place on the beach

Really liked the location and the room. They say they have kitchen items, but they did not have any cooking spray, salt/pepper, or pans for oven (only pots). If you'll need them, you'll need to pack them. Other than that, it was great and we'd stay again
