With everything you need (and more!) enjoy days of fun in the sun at the Carolinian Beach Resort! Guests will have access to great amenities inside the condo as well as everything the resort has to offer.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Birthday weekend

We stayed Sunday to Wednesday to celebrate my aunt’s birthday. Beautiful view of the sunrise. The condo sleeps 10, assuming you have two per bed and two on the pull out sofa. There were five of us so we each had our own bed and my son slept on the sofa. There is not a lot of unloading/loading space in front of registration but there are about six parking spots for 15 minutes to unload/load. Lots of luggage carts, which was great because we used two. We received two parking passes because we rented a two bed condo, which worked well because we had two cars. Parking is in a separate garage that you need to walk up the street for. Good to know if your or someone in your party has difficulty walking. Free breakfast is across and diagonal from the building. You also get a card to rent movies from the DVD box at registration and a slip to receive discounts at various stores or other activities. Free mini golf was also included but we didn’t play. Check in was easy. The free breakfast is buffet and it was fine. The condo was clean. Some issues: a panel of the washer machine was falling off but it did work. A part inside the dishwasher was completely broken which would explain why some of the dishes still looked dirty, assuming the previous people had used the dishwasher. We noticed that when we went to load and run it. The coffee pot was dirty, had to clean it. The elevator and the waiting areas for the elevator are not air conditioned so just know that coming in from the heat.

Awesome condo

The room is clean, the location is great, and the staff is friendly. The condo is just as it is pictures, the free breakfast is great, and the beach view is the best. Love this condo and will our group of four will definitely be back.

Myrtle Beach

This room was fantastic! Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable and the space was nicely decorated. The only thing is the appliances and living room furniture need updating. Overall it was a beautiful place and we look forward to returning.

Great stay!

The view can't get any better! Loved the patio! The space was very nice and just as the pictures show. We loved that the beach was right there! Broadway at the Beach was nearby and fun to walk around and the mini golf places down the road were awesome! So much fun! We also loved Top Golf. Very fun family vacation.

Great Vacation Rental!

Clean and spacious. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room! Great pools and right on the beach. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Free breakfast at Magnolia’s was delicious. Free miniature golf was great! We took the kids every day! The restaurant and mini golf is right across the road. Great location! We walked to the restaurants we went to for dinner two nights. We were able to cook the other nights. We also took advantage of the free DVD rentals. Overall a great experience!

Roaches in Kitchen & Spiders in main bedroom.

Requested more linen due to killing a spider on bed, never came, tried to call front desk multiple times, no answerto update about roaches. Couldn't get help to obtain late check out. Very poor service.

We have been there before but IAN was really a Eye Opener

We were safe, dry and did not lose power. The next day the clean up was amazing, and by noon the beach was almost back to normal. We loved the beach, pool and our room.

Week at the beach

Direct oceanfront. Plenty of room for four adults. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Quiet at nite to sleep. This is an older resort but well maintained. September is a lot less crowded and still plenty warm 80+ air and water temp.

Great stay

Stay was great for 7 people. Free mini golf, free breakfast buffet, free water park was a plus. Small swimming pools. Front desk staff are always helpful. Parking garage across the street was very manageable. Walking distance to a lot of attractions.

Wife’s Birthday Vacation

The overall stay was good. The bathroom floor by the toilet can be cleaned better. Because that’s a place that cleanliness is noticed, it should be placed in importance of cleanliness. Other than that, everything else was great. No other complaints.

Our stay was wonderful. The whole condo was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. The shower was amazing. The view was perfect. The only problem we had was the AC was not working when we arrived. I called the front desk, who sent maintenance up but they were unable to fix it. They had to contact someone to repair it. This was around 11pm but they were able to get someone to come and fix it that night. Everyone was very friendly and happy to help us in anyway. We highly recommend this condo.

Great location and view!

Great oceanfront 2-bedroom suite at a reasonable price. The property is very new and clean. The included breakfast at Magnolia was really good as well. Only suggestion for improvement is better supervision of the pre-arrival room cleaning process. Our room was clean in every other respect, but the floor was very dirty with a lot of sand. We had to find a broom and sweep the floor ourselves for us to be able to walk comfortably. Looks like someone forgot to vaccum or mop the floor during the cleaning process.
