The big draw to this property is how overly pet friendly it is! Some say it even caters more to dogs than to people. Onsite services include FURlogy Paw Spa & Retreat offering dog-sitting and grooming services. We also have a great pool area and sundeck for guests to enjoy.

All Oceana Resort properties are equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). 2024 vacation

It was great. Room, view all was great. Having our dog Radar with us was great also. He’s not a fan of the beach but enjoyed going out and playing with his toys in the room. The grandkids loved it. The pools and hot tubs were always clean. Walk to the beach was short. Will diffently be back

Ok place

It wasn't the worst place. The hotel was clean but we did see one roach crawling on the table. The one TV we could not get to work, The paint on a ceiling was falling,off, to use the code to get in the door you had to put it in multiple times for ut to finally work. The internet was hard to connect to it only worked in the kitchen in the front room if you went in the back room by the balcony it did not work. The people that worked there was very nice and willing to help you

Room was good but couldn't get towels when we needed them, need to updates how to access the room with the code numbers are to much, and it took for ever for the water to get hot that high up, need to update the kitchen cookware

Pretty Good.

Pros: The home is in a great location on the main part of town. It’s close to all the attractions. The view is excellent from this specific condo. All of the employees we interacted with were nice. We brought our dog, and the resort accommodated pets well. Free dvds and access to several included attractions were awesome. Cons: The condo has a lot of cosmetic flaws that need to be adjusted. While we were there the ceiling started leaking from the person upstairs and it made us notice that the ceiling has been painted over several times. Several parts in the corners of the home had paint chips. The toilet 🚽 ran constantly if you didn’t adjust the handle. Overall we had a great time. But hopefully they correct these things before the next guest.

A great place to stay

Ocean Park Resort.. great staff great house cleaning people maintenance and their swimming pool they did a great job this weekend and getting everything cleaned up and I the fureology spa for the dogs. They are the best woman that's the reason I come there. I cannot wait to come back in December thank you y'all are the best

Amazing view (room 1018), you can see all the way down the coast in each direction. The room was clean and smelled fresh. We would definitely stay there again! Same room if possible 😃. We also brought our dog

Great Place to Stay-Just not over Memorial Day Weekend

Room was clean. Staff was phenomenal. The only negative was picking the Memorial Day weekend. Traffic was loud throughout the night to the point we moved the mattresses into the front room for peace and quiet. Fighting and shouting in the hall at 3 in the morning was not nice, Someone threw garbage out into the hall but the staff got it cleaned up quickly after I called. Person below us chose to start drinking and smoking dope at 9 in the morning plus numerous other folks smoking on their balconies. Two staff gentlemen knocked on our door to make sure it wasn't us. I told them who the culprits were. Again, great place. If I choose to go again I will move the mattresses into the living room for a good nights sleep.

An amazing stay!

My family of 6 had an amazing stay at Myrtle beach because of this room. Easily accommodated us all comfortably! Was very clean and every worked just like it should. Will be booking this room again in the fall!

Nice enough

The room was clean but old, could use some updates. There needs to be some security around the outside & inside pools & hot tubs. It was very obvious that people were coming in off the beach to use the facilities.

Great place

I loved that it was pet friendly. It smelled clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I also love Furology Spa for our Furbaby. They were so nice and did a great job with our pup.

Top notch beach 🌴 location

Loved our space on the 10th floor overlooking the Atlantic ocean with a private balcony , kitchen , comfortable bedroom and living room . Felt right at home staying at your hotel for the week . It's quiet there also . We will return to stay with you all another time.
