In our Family Style home, we offer 3 bedrooms to comfortably welcome 6 guests. This includes 1 Master Bedroom with a large flat screen smart TV along side 2 other spacious bedrooms with towels warmers in every room. There is an additional flat screen TV in one of the additional bedrooms. This home includes a fully equipped kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, a working space island, BBQ grill, Patio set and a cozy front porch with 2 chairs and a love seat. *We include 5 beach passes with your booking*

Perfect spot not for from the beach and restaurants. Very clean and comfy. Check in process was a breeze. House had plenty of room for five adults. The host was awesome as well. Would definitely stay again.

This home was absolutely beautiful! It had three very comfortable bedrooms upstairs plus a lovely master suite. With two bathrooms, everything felt spacious and convenient. The house was spotless, cozy, and so comfortable—we will definitely be back!The entry was seamless with a code, which made check-in so easy. Communication with the host was excellent, and we also appreciated having an alarm system for peace of mind.The location couldn’t have been better—right off Main Street, minutes from Lake Como, and so close to the beach. There are plenty of places to explore in the area, and the neighborhood was incredibly friendly.

Lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was so clean and had all of the necessary amenities. We brought our bikes, which was great to get to and from the beach. We also enjoyed walking around Lake Como. The hosts were very responsive and helpful!

Lake Como home

This house was perfect for our family. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and it's close to Belmar Beach. The house was exactly how it was described and the communication between the owner was prompt.. Hope to revisit here next summer. It was lovely!!

Location great

Nice and clean place. Location worked out well to Lake Cuomo and the beach. Two out of three beds uncomfortable. Listing indicated 'hot tub' but when asked host they indicated it was my confusion and house only had bath tub. Need to update listing to be accurate. First evening there the neighbor's motion detection camera was set to pick up our presence on front porch. Bit unnerving. Grill, kitchen, all else was great!

Beautiful home & great location - Lake Como

This entire stay & experience with the property manager was one of our best with VRBO. The house was immaculate, the descriptions on the web site were accurate, and coordination from property manager Ana Maria were quick, helpful & very professional. I'd highly recommend for others, and would stay again here in the future - Thank you!

Winter visit

We very much enjoyed our Christmas stay at this lovely house. It was super clean with a homey living room, pretty kitchen and large dining room. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. There’s a driveway for convenient parking. Short drive to restaurants, groceries and the beach/boardwalk. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had.

Really really nice!

Ana was so very helpful. The place is very clean, well decorated and had all the utensils and linens needed. Easy walking distance to the beach and the harbor and also the "downtown" area for restaurants. It's also well within range for Door Dash which helped flexibility wise. Was able to bring my house trained dog and that made the experience all the better!

home away from home

Cleanliness very good. Sounds in house resonate to much, no privacy from upstairs and down. Staircase to slippery to go down safely for elderly people as well as dogs. Had to carry my dog up and down the stairs. Pots and pans old and scraped not usable. Some of the blinds not in working condition. The backyard didn't have the privacy one would like. Distant to beach 5 min. drive. Would not stay again.

Very nice beach house

My family and I stayed here for a few days during the winter. House was clean and in excellent condition. Host responded to messages within minutes all the time. Ana is a super host.
