This thoughtfully prepared two-bedroom condo offers a comfortable place to unwind, whether you’re here for quiet beach days or exploring the Florida Keys.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom includes two double beds—ideal for families or friends traveling together. The condo offers two full bathrooms: one with a tub and shower combination, and one with a walk-in shower, making it easy to start your day or unwind in the evening.

You’ll find a clean, inviting space with air conditioning you control, so you can stay comfortable year-round. Every detail is designed to help you settle in and feel at home from the moment you arrive.

We had the most wonderful time in Marathon! It was so wonderful to wake up every morning and be steps from the sound of the waves. At night, it was a short walk to Sunset Park to catch the picture perfect sunsets. Michael was very easy to communicate with and provided so much helpful information on the island. We are already planning dates for next years trip!

Great place

The condo is great, clean and well equipped. The complex is well maintained. The beach is small but nice. The kids loved the calm water, and the pool area. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vaca

Property was exactly as advertised. Private beach lovely pool and a great escape from cold weather. Very clean condo with a wonderful host. We stayed 3 weeks and love this part of the Keys.

Perfect Beach Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Isle Condominiums Unit #13. It was spotless and conveniently located steps from the beach. There are a number of great casual restaurants located nearby and Key West is about an hour away. I would highly recommend it for a very relaxing vacation.

Peace and quiet in a great location

Key Colony Beach is tucked away just north of Marathon, FL. The neighborhood was very walkable, and there were many locals out for morning and evening walks.The condo itself was clean and well apponted. The beach and pool areas were nice. There was a pogoda with two gas grills available for use, but we cooked in the small kitchen. We enjoyed our stay, and the host was very responsive to communications when our inbound flight got delayed.

Let It Shine

This condo was one of the cleanest places that I have ever stayed in. From the tile floors to the kitchen countertops was just beautiful. The owner reached out to me a couple of times to make sure everything was going well. The location is a very relaxing location.

The Keys- July 2024

Our family had a blast at this property. The communication with the owner was fantastic and it was perfect for what we were looking for. The condo was the perfect size for my wife and I and our 3 kids (9 and under). Would highly recommend this spot to anyone for so many different reasons!

Beautiful location

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and very well stocked with all of the amenities that you may need. The property was well kept up. Michael was very accommodating and touched base with us. We will definitely rent from him again.

Wonderful stay. People are friendly, the beach views are beautiful, and this condo is located in a very safe neighborhood. Lots of beach chairs to use. Grilling area is awesome! Condo had everything we needed including 4 beach towels. Communication from owner was perfect. Would definitely reccomend

Best Host I've Ever Worked With

The condo was great. Clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. We loved the beach and the pool. Great location in central Keys. Micheal was so helpful during the whole process. He gave us great tips and recommendations about things to do, and was super quick to respond anytime I had a question.

A comfortable place to relax

If you want action, night life, etc. stay in Key West. If you want R&R this condo/location on Marathon will fit the bill. It’s about half way between the upper and lower keys so easy access to anywhere you want to explore. If you have any questions or issues arise, the host, Michael, is very responsive.

Best condo in the keys

I believe this is our 3rd time staying in this condo. There is a reason we keep coming back! The condo is always immaculate and well stocked. The grounds and the swimming pool are always clean. The private beach is never crowded and pristine. The owner Michael, is just a phone call away and always has wonderful suggestions for dining and activities. Michael goes above and beyond to make a visit to his condo a perfect vacation.

Key Colony Stay Condo

The property owner was always available. Offered great information about the area and activities. We Loved the space! Very clean! Very accessible for us (mother of 2 teens) while staying in Marathon —-as the rest of the family was renting a home with a dock on the bay side. About an hour drive to Key West which we traveled there 3 times during our 7 day stay! I highly recommend! Easy check-in and check out!

Perfect little spot!

The condo is wonderfully located on one of the smaller/less busy keys, right on the ocean with a private beach and heated pool. The place was sparkling clean and had cute ocean condo decor. Two bedrooms with mounted tvs, two bathrooms and a decent sized kitchen and living room were perfect for our family. The location to local restaurants, walking and bike path, the pool and beach were awesome. When we were ready to see the sites it never took over 10 minutes to see things around Marathon. There is so much to do in the area, there is zero risk of boredom even for a 2 week vacation. Michael was a great host and we look forward to coming back in the future! You cannot go wrong with this condo!

Great location

Older condo buildings but quite unique. This unit was being renovated and we were the last guests to rent it prior to it. The unit had some cleanliness issues upon our arrival but once the owner was notified it was abruptly addressed. This unit is right next to the pool which is immaculate. The grounds in this complex are well manicured. There was quite a large family group that rented multiple units at this time and were a lot of fun to interact with even sharing drinks and homemade seafood ceviche. It was a great time.
