What we do offer is a clean, well-maintained, and affordable spot that puts you right in the heart of all the action. Our cozy condo is close to everything: walk to downtown Ketchum, the Sun Valley Village, or hop on the free Mountain Shuttle across the street to hit the ski bases and local attractions. You’ll also love the stunning balcony views of Bald Mountain and the free amenities that come with your stay.

Note: From April - July there will be construction in the parking lot of the buildings. There may be some additional daytime noise. Parking will still be available, but maybe not available directly in front of building. We are discounting our summer rates to reflect this inconvenience.

Here’s the setup:
• 1 bedroom + private loft, 2 baths: The main bedroom has its own bathroom, and the loft offers a private bathroom and big closet. Bonus: the main floor sofa pulls out for extra sleeping space.
• Well-stocked kitchen: Cook your favorites—we’ve got everything you’ll need.
• Extras galore: Triple-sheeted bedding for extra cleanliness, a stackable washer and dryer, free parking, and even outside bike parking.

What makes this spot even sweeter:
• Free golf! Enjoy up to 4 rounds daily at Bigwood Golf Course during late spring, summer, and fall (carts/rentals extra). In 2025 this is subject to availability as the course is experienceing an major upgrade.
• YMCA access included: Pools, hot tub, gym, climbing wall, and more!
• Balcony views that’ll make you want to stay forever.
