Includes FREE beach service 2 lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the beach attendant what unit you are staying in.

The Summit has Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard Courts, Poolside Tiki Bar, Bikini Bob's Poolside Restaurant, The Summit Snack Shack Convenience Store & Ice Cream Shop, Parasailing & Jet Ski Rentals, 610 feet of Beachfront, Kids Playground o the Beach, Volleyball,2 Big Pools, 2 wading pools, 3 Hot Tubs, Fitness Center & Sauna, Gated Community with Security and more facilities on site and in the immediate area than any other resort in Panama City Beach.

The Summit has two large pools for guests as well as both indoor and outdoor hot tubs! An exercise room is located on the ground floor near the lobby for guests as well!

The master bedroom in this beautiful unit has a king size size bed and a large flat screen tv. It has access to the 1.5 bathroom with a shower/tub combo, 2 sinks and 2 toilets!

The hallway has 2 twin size bunk beds.

The oceanfront living room has a QUEEN size sleeper sofa, a large flat screen tv and access to the oceanfront balcony.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal!

Washer and dryer included!

Private balcony is a good height to still have a view but not to high if you or someone in your group is afraid of heights!

Our room was very clean. There was only a couple of issues with bedroom tv not working and fridge shelf. Other than that it was fine. It was an easy flight of stairs so no elevator waiting. And it was easy to access our car and the beach. We felt safe in the location. We have stayed at the Summit several times and enjoy the complex. It is the quieter end of Panama City and we enjoy that. This condo does come with chair rental which was nice.

Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall out trip was good. The condo was ok. We only had one fork to use, the coffee maker needs to be replaced. The top on it is crooked and you can’t straighten it. You have to pour it sideways. Hot coffee isn’t fun in your hands. Also the floors need a good cleaning. My husband swept up a dustpan full of sand from the rug by the bed.

Great location to stay at!

Fantastic people, mother nature was rude the first month, but she made up for it. After she went and dumped 5 inches of heavy wet snow!!!!! All in all it wad an excellant vacation.

great property poor management

could not check in till 4:45 when maid finished cleaning, as soon as we walk in see that the air conditioner is leaking and there are wires 2 inches deep in water. Called ECDI management said they would send someone out we waited 2 days with out being able to use any water due to chance of electrocution. we finally talked the the maintenance at the Summit who came and looked at it and immediately cut the power and went and called the owner of the property. The owner was able to get someone out that day and get it fixed, so the rest of the week was great.

Room 202, The Summitt

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 202 is nicely upgraded. Good floors, great washer and dryer. Ceiling fan needed fan speed chain replaced - called Saturday on arrival, was replaced Wednesday. The shower tub clogged almost completely - called Monday, was also fixed Wednesday. This unit is definitely one we will try to book in the future when we go to the Summit. 2nd floor has good enough view of beach without having to fight for elevators. Not unit related, but the pool closes at 8pm now...don’t know why. Also, be careful in ocean in PCB...respect the warning flags! Overall, very nice unit, highly recommend, will definitely book again.

Great Location

Great location, lots of security permitting off site guests, there was a blood stain on the mattress cover or the pull out couch but it came out in washer. Comes with 2 beach chairs which were nice. Dishwasher, dryer and toaster all did not work very well, but overall was a good stay.

I loved being on the 2nd floor . The room was ok except for a hole in the wall where the bathroom door was , and the bottom of the bathroom door was bad and ripped and cracked . The tv wires are hanging out the wall and was not hooked up from day 1, but I fixed it good enough to watch it .On a good note , the kitchen was good and the water pressure was great . I also loved it came with 2 chairs on the beach. The fees for getting the room are to pricey tho and I found some owners who told me to book differently . I love the resort and it's so family oriented , I will be staying over and over , I love it .

Great location but be WARNED!

Great location - the beach is FABULOUS (best in the world in my opinion), pool with tiki bar is great, great service from the beach chair company, easy parking & access to building. The condo is a great size for a couple or a small family with full kitchen & washer & dryer in room (BONUS!!!). BUT - this place is filthy. All of the basics are clean - linens, towels, all appliances in kitchen are spotless, floors have been mopped. But this place has not had a decent overall cleaning in years it looks like. There is thick dust everywhere (baseboards, furniture, lamps, sofa) and lots of mold (living room and bathroom), and toilets look like they've just been swished in with a toilet brush. My husband and I both have mild allergies and although we had a great time, we both ended up sick for most of the week due to the dust & mold. We tried to clean some of it ourselves while we were there, but it was too much to tackle in a vacation condo for which we are charged a cleaning fee.

Dissatisfied

Was very dissatisfied with the unit. Not at all as photos reflect. Moisture issues that have formed mold in the living room ceiling. Bathroom area. Bathroom fan had a hole where it should be. So no functioning bathroom fan. Behind bathroom door another hole. Mattress springs had either urine or something spilled. Bottom of Bathroom door has moisture damage. Bathtub/ shower needs caulk removed and deep cleaned with mold growing. 1 Kitchen cabinet off hinges. Dryer builds moisture inside after use. Emailed the contact info which they responded and sent maintenance 2 days later to only place a cover over bathroom fan hole. No additional items repaired. Cleaning came in after email to only take out trash from trash can. Unit would be nice if deep clean and damage repairs. Can not recommend this unit. Only had 1 email response to say they would send maintenance and a cleaner. Never responded to any additional emails about items not being repaired.

Dirty

To start off with the place was dirty. You pay a cleaning fee and looked like never cleaned. The dryer was broke, the toaster was broke, dish washer was horrible. Holes in walls, condom wrappers in the bedroom. The couch was so nasty I had to put a blanket over it to sit on it. I have used VBBO and never had to leave a bad review. The location was great and pool was nice.

I loved being on the 2nd floor.

OMG the bed was awesome. I had trouble with the dryer but it was me. I’m old school. I didn’t have to go to Walmart brought just enough for snacks. The bikini bobs was a great hit for lunch. Loved it came with 2 beach chairs so that was a plus. All in all great vacation.

Overall stay

Satisfied. I believe they let many people come in and park during the daytime hours. I seen a lot of vehicles without parking passes. They let people in with a wristband but not a parking pass. Overall we had a great stay. After the stay I believe i over paid for this unit. If I pay a cleaning fee I shouldn’t have to do anything when I leave note cleaning. fee.

If you find the room for a really great deal, then it would probably be ok. But if your looking to stay somewhere nice, this isn’t the place. Previous guest still had clothes in the dryer. Sand and food crumbs, cereal, on the floor. There’s cracks in the roof, what looks like mold in the shower, tv in the bedroom does not connect to internet well enough for it to stream Netflix. Probably a resort problem but whoever gets first shower gets the only hot one. Plus they don’t allow you to turn the thermostat below 70. If you pay 2300 to stay in a room for a week, you should be comfortable
