Beautiful spot to enjoy Lake Martin with family and friends. We are centrally located on the lake and have a private boat ramp with 9 foot deep water off of the brand new dock. Double decker deck with outdoor furniture, bed swing and green egg grill ready for you. We are also 3 minutes by car from Chucks Pizza and Marina and 5 minutes by boat to Chimney Rock and the Ridge Marina. Please come stay with family and friends and share our happy place.

Fun lake house!

Wonderful great room with fireplace! Perfect for the cool nights while we were there….plenty of room and very nice dock to sit out on the water.

Great place

The house was perfect. We spent most of the time on the porch which has an awesome view and great breeze. We will definitely come back but next time during peak season so we can enjoy the lake and boathouse.

Great weekend!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The outdoor spaces were nice. We really appreciated the ability to dock our boat there. The owners provided a well stocked kitchen and many additional unexpected items inside. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely Lake

We enjoyed our stay , the house had everything we could possibly need . Nice decorations and comfortable. Steps were a little tough on our senior knees ! Decks very nice and relaxing.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful and relaxing time staying on Lake Martin! Fishing and swimming off the dock was our favorite part. We had a few rainy days and were able to enjoy our time relaxing in the cabin and on the deck. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

Loved it!

My family stayed at the cabin and the only downside was the chilly weather given the time of year (which we expected). We would have loved to be able to take advantage of the 2 different porches overlooking the lake and hope to go back during a warmer month to do that! Plenty of room and amenities, clean, and great yard for pets to play! We truly enjoyed our stay!

Easter weekend at Lake Martin

Long weekend in the area for Auburn A-Day and baseball games. Very relaxing time overall; the house is warm, comfortable, and well-equipped. We even braved a dip in the early season water! Love this place! Close to everything “hoppin”, great neighborhood. Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect lake getaway!

We loved this lake house! It was a perfect location and having a boat ramp at the house was a VERY convenient amenity. The porches on every level gave were ideal and so spacious. The location was great. Very convenient to Chucks, Chimney Rock and The new Landing @ Harbor Pointe. It's close enough to 50 by car that it was easy to run to DG and to Niffers and we tried the new Castellucio too. Great lake weekend and we for sure want to rent here again!

Wonderful lake house family vacation

This lake house had everything we needed and being pet friendly enabled the whole family to be together. We spent time relaxing on the waterfront porches and swimming right on the dock with stairs leading into the water. The west sunset views are magnificent while being in a protective cove keeps the atmosphere nice and quiet. The private boat launch was convenient and saved time. The Green Egg grill is great for grilling and smoking while Chuck's Pizza nearby all made for an enjoyable family vacation.

Great Lake House for the Family

The lake house was great! The location couldn't have been better, situated extremely close to open water. There were two porches with furniture, and interior was fully furnished with comfortable beds and full equipped kitchen. The new dock accommodated our boat perfectly and was great for getting in and out of the water. We had a few questions in the beginning but the owners responded promptly. The yard was perfect for our pets, and we had a wonderful time!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We were only there for 1 1/2 days so too short, but we were there with little to no people around in late Mar which was that much better. we had 2 dogs but there is plenty of yard for them to sniff and enjoy. dock was awesome - didn't catch any fish but who cares. porches were awesome with great views of the surrounding area. want to go back and rent a boat for a few days. thanks.

Spring Break Weekend Trip

Property was very accurate and had everything you needed to enjoy the lake. We brought our own boat and paddle boards. The property has a couple boats and a jet ski, but not yours to use however we had enough space to keep our own toys. I’ve stayed in several rental properties and we always end up forgetting something like oil to cook with, trash bags, or toilet paper, but this house had all the things for back up. Beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely be visiting Lake Martin again and depending on how many people we come back with we could possibly stay here again.

great vacation stay

We had a great stay at this place. It was all nice and clean and everything was described good. Boat dock was nice along with the launch was able to launch a 24ft center console there.
