The condo is part of an 11 condo building that includes a roof top pool patio with views of the turquoise Caribbean ocean on one side and the jungle on the other. The condo is on the ground floor, but above street level (there is one small flight is stairs at entrance of building). It is perfect for those who do not want to climb too many stairs. In addition, the building has an underground parking with a few spots and a washer and dryer on the rooftop. There is also lots of free parking spaces on the street.

Located at the back of the building with a view to a private terrace with table, lounge chairs, BBQ & hammock.

Equipped kitchen with microwave, small electric oven, 2 electric stove top burners, stainless steel pots and pans, blender and electric kettle. Full size fridge with ice maker and cold water dispenser.

We provide bath and hand towels, as well as pool/beach towels for your stay. There are 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella you may use during your stay. We also provide shampoo, soap, bath gel, toilet paper and paper towel for your arrival. You may find extra or your favorite brands close by at the Chedraui supermarket. There is a blow-dryer and an iron and ironing board in the condo.

*COVID Testing: If you need testing to return to your country, we can help you coordinate this. We use a certified laboratory for our guests that comes to the condo to perform tests and provide results the same day so you don't have to stress about this. Ask us for details.

*TV: There is a 55 inch smart TV in the living room with Netflix and a 42 inch Roku TV in the bedroom.

* WATER: A big purified water jug "garafon" is provided at your arrival. If you require extra water during your stay, you can contact us to make arrangements to have more water delivered.

* INTERNET: There is high speed fibre optic wireless internet (40 megas) in the condo (Telmex).

*TELEPHONE: There is a telephone in the condo with unlimited calls to Mexico, USA and Canada. No calls to other countries.

* SAFE: There is a safe in the condo.

* TOURS, AIRPORT TRANSFERS & TRANSPORTATION SERVICES: We use Sunnyjourney.mx to offer our guests excursions/tours and airport transportation at local, discounted prices during their stay. Ask us for details.

*CLEANING SERVICES: The rental does not include daily cleaning. Cleaning services including change of sheets and towels available upon request for $600 pesos or $30 usd. We offer a courtesy mandatory cleaning service on stays of two weeks or more.
