Great view, private dock with boat/Jetski options

Located at the 10 mm close to the most desired hot spots at the lake. Beautiful lakefront home with fantastic main channel view, hot tub and private dock for swimming and hanging out! Large five bedroom house with 2800 square feet. Boat and jet ski rental options available at discounted rates for our guests that are right at the dock for your convenience! Enough parking available for up to 10 vehicles! Full time local hosts here to make your lake stay the best it can be! New game room!

This is a large house with five bedrooms and three full baths, as well as an oversize garage that has been converted to a game room. We have a hot tub on the back porch that overlooks the lake as well as a fire pit. A large deck with plenty of outdoor seating with a charcoal weber grill, as well as two full-size gas grills. we do have 24/7 video security surveillance outside the home, at the dock and in the garage. The house was remodeled winter of 2022 with new flooring all new kitchen with all new appliances and countertops as well as downstairs wet bar. Two living areas with large TVs. Nice place on the lake

Overall it was a nice place to stay, brad was very responsive and awesome to work with, the only issue i had was the beds were older and uncomfortable but other than that we enjoyed our stay we had 11 adults and 1 kid , the hot tub was definitely a plus

Great Location

Home is in agreat location on the lake! Home was clean, owner was very responsive and helpful. Pleanty of room for the whole family. Space for kids to hang and adults too. Water can be a little rough for swimming and play, which is expected on the main channel.

Extended family vacay

10 different families coming together from 5 different states celebrating grandma’s 80th bday with all of her kids, grandkids and great grandchildren. Communication with host Brad was phenomenal. He was very prompt with communicating back to us. Would stay here again if we come back to Lake if the Ozarks area. House has lots of the extra kitchen necessities from blender, crockpot, pots and pans, lots of dishes for those larger groups, 2 living rooms.

Everything you need for your family vacation.

Brad is great. We rented the boat for a couple of days and when there was an issue Brad was ready with a solution. I had all the kitchen large and small appliances going at one time. I knew this was a house built in the 60s so no shock that I overloaded a circuit. We couldn't figure it out so Brad came quickly. I have been coming to the lake for many years and this was the first time I saw the BIG boats racing to the damn. There was even a helicopter in the race. This was really fun to watch. This house is on the main channel so lots of boat traffic as expected. Highly recommend the short trip by boat to Frankie and Louis. The parts of the house we really enjoyed were the main floor open area and the view. The bathrooms are nice just remember with the soft water the showers/tubs are slick. The oldest member of our four generation family was 83. The towel on the floor of the shower worked well. The walk down to the dock is steep. Brad showed us an alternate dock with less steep stairs and handrails where the boat could pick those of us up who are members of the older generation. The guys and younger members of our group had good luck catching fish off the dock. We used all the toys at the dock and also enjoyed all the toys in the garage/game room. The house is very well stocked with everything you need for cooking. There were plenty of supplies like trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Many times with VRBO you only have one trash bag and one roll of TP. Thank you.

Great location on MM 9.5!

Location has boat slip and dock! Plenty of room in house with bedding for our 12 adults and 2 children and even 2 dogs! Host responds quickly and is very accommodating!

The place is much nicer than the pictures make it look. Fit my party of 14 perfectly!! Easy to communicate with the property manager when we decided we wanted to jet ski last minute :)

The property was in a great location right off the main channel. Brad was very helpful and quick to respond when addressing our questions/needs both prior to and during our stay. We will be coming back!

Nice stay for a large group!

This house fit our family very nicely! Plenty of beds & seating. House was well stocked. The new kitchen was very nice. Owner was very easy to deal with & responds to questions quickly. We rented their Tri Toon boat which also fit our family well. The boat is older & steering seems loose, but got us out on the lake. Lots of steps between the water & the house! The fire pit was unusable, but it was really too hot to light a fire anyway. Only a few negatives, the laundry room has a lot of junk laying all around, so hard to get through there, the bedroom doors were hard to open & close which was a bit noisy, so it woke people up at night, and the slider from the kitchen to the deck was also hard to open & close. Found & picked up over a dozen nails in the rock parking area. All in all, our family had a great time here!

Lakehouse!

My fiance and I rented this house for a joint Bachelorette and bachelor party. It was large enough for our entire group, it even had 2 living areas! The host was extremely accommodating and very friendly! I would 100% recommend!

Nice house and boat rental was nice

The house was pretty nice. We would stay there again. Had plenty of room for the 12 of us guys. It was very nice having a boat to rent. It was reasonable price and didn’t have to travel elsewhere to rent one.
