The family oriented neighborhood is one of the most desired in Indian Rocks Beach. You will often find people out riding their bikes, riding in golf carts, walking their dogs, or out for a run. There are many local restaurants, ice cream shops and cafes close by and of course the beach is only a 3 minute walk (2.5 blocks).

It’s a single family home in a great neighborhood that is family friendly and laid back with parking in the driveway. The front door is a digital key pad.

This single family home has recently been completely renovated post hurricane; brand new kitchen, new flooring, fresh paint inside and out, and all new furniture. The best part....the home sits directly on the intracoastal. You can drink your morning coffee on the dock and watch the sunset at night. You can bring your boat and tie up to the dock and walk less than 2 blocks to the beach.
The master bedroom has a king, the 2 guest bedrooms have queens, and the sleeper is a queen.
*There is a washer and dryer inside for guest use.

Private parking is available in the home’s driveway. The beach is a short 2-3 minute walk to the Indian Rocks beach access and there are many local restaurants and shops several within walking distance or a short drive.

*The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee (2 dogs max). When booking, you must add this line item.

*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. Each are $35 pending availability and approval.

*If guest cancels their booking with V R B O or Direct they will be not be refunded the 4% processing fee.

*We provide our guests with a beach buggy, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs for your convenience.
