Beautifully renovated waterfront home offers a peaceful escape just steps from Indian Rocks Beach. Enjoy a bright sunroom, stylish interiors, and an easy 2 min walk to the sand. Enjoy full access to Brown Park across the street with playground, tennis & basketball courts. Walk to beach, shops, & restaurants. Perfect for families, groups seeking relaxation or adventure on Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Our house manager and handyman are very quick to respond via message and are extremely helpful if ever needed.

The family oriented neighborhood is one of the most desired in Indian Rocks Beach. You will often find people out riding their bikes, riding in golf carts, walking their dogs, or out for a run. There are many local restaurants, ice cream shops and cafes close by and of course the beach is only a 3 minute walk (2.5 blocks).

Welcome to Sunburst Vacation Rentals! This SINGLE FAMILY HOME is in a great neighborhood that is family friendly and laid back with FREE parking in the driveway. The front door is a digital key pad.

This single family home has recently been completely renovated post hurricane; brand new kitchen, new flooring, fresh paint inside and out, and all new furniture. The best part....the home sits directly on the intracoastal. The water is in the backyard where you can fish and watch the marine life. Drink your morning coffee on the dock and watch the sunset at night. You can bring your boat and tie up to the dock and walk less than 2 blocks to the beach.
The master bedroom has a king, the 2 guest bedrooms have queens, and the sleeper is a queen.
*There is a washer and dryer inside for guest use.

Private parking is available in the home’s driveway. The beach is a short 2-3 minute walk to the Indian Rocks beach access and there are many local restaurants and shops several within walking distance or a short drive.

*PET FRIENDLY! The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee (2 dogs max). When booking, you must add this line item.

*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. Each are $35 pending availability and approval.

*Pack & Play available upon request.

*If guest cancels their booking with V R B O or Direct they will be not be refunded the 4% processing fee.

*We provide our guests with a beach buggy, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs for your convenience.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home! The location is perfect between the intercoastal off the backyard and the Gulf just a very short walk away. Also close to many great restaurants. Mornings in the shady backyard by the water were the best! The neighborhood is quiet too. So many things were provided as well, such as the beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and beach towels. Even our pup had a blast running in the fenced yard. The owners were prompt to respond to any question as well. We will definitely return.

Great stay.

The house had a nice setup. We enjoyed sitting outside and just enjoying the beautiful views and wildlife. We enjoyed fishing every morning in the backyard. We caught fish every day. The paddle boards were so much fun to try out. The ocean was very walkable even with a 2&4 year old. The wagon made hauling all the provided gear easy. Nice quiet neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the park across the street. The kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook and eat on/with. Plenty of towels. The grill was clean and so nice to have. Highly recommend this place for family stays.

Graduation Family Getaway

The house is located in a fabulous location, maybe 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a semi busy road to cross but it wasnt to bad. The house was clean, we did see some small bugs in the sink and around the dining area the first night but that was it. Most of the house has been through a noticeable renovation but the doors, windows, and bathtubs seem to have not been updated yet. I was hoping for the twin beds as shown in the listing but missed the part in the description about the queen beds. We made it work with the sofa bed for my 7 yr old. The backyard was great. We seen many different kinds of fish, and even a dolphin sighting. Overall the house was what we needed and am grateful to have a great weekend celebrating my daughters graduation. Thank you again for opening up your home.

Delightful cottage with dolphin watching!

The location is ideal near delicious walkable restaurants and situated to enjoy both the bay and the ocean. Very private. Enjoyed paddle boarding on the bay and sitting outside on range of chairs and dining table. We spotted three dolphins and endless flying fish. Absolutely would return!

Quick time away

We loved everything about this place. We were near restaurants, the beach, and a beautiful view. Loved watching the wildlife right outside the covered back porch. We had family come over for a couple hours, and they had a blast at the park across the street. And this place supplied all the items we needed for tennis and basketball. Communication was top notch, and the beds were so comfortable, and everything you needed was at your fingertips.

Cute, newly renovated ranch. Excellent location. Super close to beach and nearby restaurants and shops. Beds very comfortable. We used the beach chairs and paddle boards. Nice fire-table and grill. Owner very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Short stay for spring break

It is as advertised! We stayed for long weekend enjoying a spring break. Easily walkable for sunsets on the beach. Hosts were incredibly communicative throughout the booking and accommodations process. The house was comfortable for our family of four (adults & teenagers). Highlights very much included the dock, paddle boards and fishing kit. All offered our teens some “own time” in a safe environment. Excellent kitchen / space / tools for preparing meals as well. New grill and outdoor dining were also great to see!

Great Spring Break Spot

Easy walk to a beautiful relaxing and less occupied beach. Easy trolley ride to busy beaches, shopping and excursions in either Clearwater Beach or John’s Pass Village. All basic amenities were provided, communication was great and check out was simple. Would rent here again if I come back to the area.

Our home is owned by 2 families. Andi & Pete who have 2 kids and David and Carrie who have 2 kids. We have always talked about owning a beach house together and we found ourselves with extra time on our hands and we found the perfect property and purchased it together in summer of 2020. We call it the flip flop shop because Andi and Carrie have always joked about selling flip flops on the beach and now we get to host the experience of wearing flip flops and making amazing memories in our beautiful beach house.

Living in Tampa Bay, Indian Rocks Beach has always been our favorite beach because it's actually a local beach town but also very close to Clearwater Beach and Sand Key. David grew up going to Indian Rocks Beach as his grandparents lived in Largo when he was a child. We both have boats and love water front living and this house was perfect!

The location of our property can not be beat. It lies in the best beach town, Indian Rocks Beach and has a large back yard with beautiful water views of the yacht basin. You can even bring your boat and dock it here. We are a 2.5 block about 3 minute walk to the Indian Rocks beach access. Directly across the street from our house is a park with a playground, basketball, and tennis courts. We are minutes from local restaurants and ice cream shops!
