Welcome to your relaxing Sunriver retreat! This cozy, private single-level home backs up to the Woodlands Golf Course, offering peaceful, tree-filtered views and a true sense of tranquility. With 8 SHARC Recreation Passes included, you’ll have access to year-round fun just minutes away.
Spanning over 2,200 square feet, the home features an open-concept great room perfect for gathering, relaxing, and making memories together. Designed with comfort in mind, it comfortably sleeps 6–8 guests and can accommodate up to 10 when using the provided twin sized air mattresses—making it ideal for families, couples, or multi-generational getaways.
Three spacious ensuite bedrooms, each with a queen bed and private bathroom, provide privacy and convenience. Two of the bathrooms feature walk-in showers, making this home especially comfortable for grandparents or guests seeking easy accessibility. A cozy movie/den room includes a Lazyboy queen memory-foam sleeper sectional, perfect for movie nights or extra sleeping space.

Located on the quiet north end of Sunriver, you’ll be unwinding in no time. Sip your morning coffee or evening wine on the back deck while watching golfers, birds, deer, squirrels, raccoons, and the occasional coyote pass by. Hop on one of the bikes and explore everything Sunriver has to offer, including the Village Mall, Nature Center, Stables, Marina, Sunriver Lodge, pools, and the Observatory with the largest public telescope collection in the U.S.

Just wow! The house was absolutely fantastic. Our family of four felt immediately at home when we opened the front door. The home is well-furnished, meticulously decorated, super clean, and just overall wonderful. Will definitely stay here for our next trip to Sunriver.

Incredible property! Both inside the home and the surroundings are incredible. The SHARC was fantastic. It was a larger pool/ waterpark area than I expected. Owners were very helpful and polite. We will be coming back.

Fantastic Property!

This property absolutely exceeded our expectations! It felt less like a rental and more like staying at a friend's home who had thoughtfully prepared everything for our arrival. The bottle of wine was a lovely touch. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. The hosts provided bikes and helmets for our entire crew of five (two adults and three teens), which made exploring so much more enjoyable. Every bed was incredibly comfortable, and the couches were perfect for family relaxation time.The recreational amenities were fantastic - kayaks, tubes for floating, and a ping pong table that provided hours of entertainment. The SHARK passes were a bonus that we used at the pool and for pickleball.Our entire family agreed this was hands-down the best VRBO property we've ever stayed at. The hosts clearly put tremendous thought into creating an experience that goes far beyond just providing a place to sleep.Would we stay here again? Absolutely! Would we recommend to others? Already have!Thank you to the incredible hosts for making our family vacation so special!

Great house, helpful host!

The host was quick to respond to any and all questions/requests, and so very friendly! The house was extremely clean and everything was thought of...the house is stocked...whatever you need, or want, it is there! Not just coolers, chairs, towels, kitchen items, etc...event the little things: One of us forgot a toothbrush and upon searching the bathroom, we found a stash along with so many useful items. Excellent property!

Only place to stay in SunRiver!

This property has it all! Our family of 4 stayed here for one week over the July 4th holiday. We had some last min plans change and ended up heading to Sunriver. We were debating this house and another which was smaller/no amenities/ and with a lower rate but we couldn’t be happier we went with this beautiful home!!! The location is on a lovely quiet cul du sac where the kids can ride around in a circle without the worry of being on a busy street. The golf course in the back yard is far enough away so you can watch but not feel on the course. The wild animals come daily to the back porch. Birds galore and even deer! The inside of the house is beautiful. The decor is spot on and they have high-quality everything. The house is extremely well stocked, we own a rental home, and this was very impressive! Everything from board games and books to every single kitchen tool available. The labeling would make any organized person feel seen and appreciated. The amenities of the house are the best part! 10 bikes, rafts, tubes, life vests, and SHARC passes! Having these items available was the real reason we went with this house due to the cost savings. Bike rentals and rafting items can cost hundreds of dollars in rentals. SHARC passes are $30 day so having access to go anytime - made days where we only spent one hour at the pool worth it! They plan to add a spa in Fall ‘24. My only negative was no King bed in the master but that’s a personal preference.

Great time

Gorgeous home, really well stocked with everything you can think of. Only drawback was no hot tub or air conditioning. Also, would have loved a larger outdoor dining table, but it still worked out very well. We did have a very frustrating time with the TV situation and remotes. 2 of the remotes in the living room did not have batteries or directions on use. And, the beds are much smaller than we are used to, but over-all, we all had a fantastic time. Thanks so much for letting us share your beautiful home.

Oustanding Property

We rent quite a few houses each year as we have two in college and visit them quite often and I can say this house was one of the best houses we have ever stayed in. First the amount of sleeping space is perfect for families especially ones like us who allow our kids (now young adults) to always bring friends. Each room had it's own attached bathroom and there was a bonus room with pull out for extra "tag a longs". The decor fits perfectly with the Sunriver vibe and the second you walk in you just feel at ease, just like you'd want when visiting Sunriver. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need to cook any meal, we even made my husband a birthday cake! I really haven't see a home with as many utensils, pots, pans, bakeware etc... We made most of our meals at the house after stopping at the village store on the way in. My favorite aspect of this property are the two cozy chairs in the reading nook of the master bedroom. There are perfect for watching deer or spying on the golfers teeing off (which is pretty entertaining). I also love that the garage has everything you need to have fun in SR whether it be at the house, on the bike path, on the river or at the tennis courts. There really is no need to bring anything with you. The house is close enough to ride or even walk to one of the swimming areas on the river and just a short drive to where you would put in or take out for floating the river. And the bonus was the 8 recreation passes!!! You would use that to park if you are putting in at the marina or go to the SHARQ for the day. We will for sure be returning to this place.

Family Getaway

The house is great and just as advertised. Birds are abundant in the mornings at the various feeders around the house, as were deer and squirrels. On the golf course, but a significant buffer gave privacy and a woodsy feel. Very peaceful. No traffic noise as this is off of the end of a court with just a few homes. Our trip coincided with a heat wave, with temperatures over 100 degrees. This is unusual for this area, and I contacted Jennifer beforehand asking about how we could best manage the heat. We were traveling with my parents and so wanted to make it as comfortable for them as possible. Jennifer was amazing! She went out of her way to go get two heavy duty air conditioning units and set them up in the main room. Made a huge difference! Those units, along with the fans, kept the place very comfortable. The house overall was very well appointed, with all of the outdoor stuff that’s listed as well as a kitchen that had a bunch of spices and more than sufficient cooking supplies. The one thing to note is that the den is smaller than I’d thought and how I read the listing. It mentions a pull out sofa and two air mattresses. I’d imagined we’d be able to have all 4 kids in the den, but there’s no room for anything other than the pull out. Just something to be aware of. We made it work. Overall a great experience with an exceptional host!

Wonderful stay!

Our family, 3 generations, enjoyed a wonderful week at this amazing home. It had so many amenities! Kayaks & floats, bikes, pool passes were provided, we enjoyed ping pong and observing deer and birds on the relaxing back patio. The house had comfortable beds, and very functional layout. The kitchen had everything we needed. We took advantage of great local activities—river floating, exploring a lava tube cave and biking the neighborhood. We loved our stay!

Highly Recommend

I would definitely recommend this house for future guests and upon our return to Sunriver, would love to stay here again ourselves. It has everything you need for your home away from home, including 10 bicycles of different sizes, kayaks, pickle ball equipment, ping pong table, 8 Sunriver SHARC passes, and an entire home with anything from a waffle maker, to rice cooker to everything you would have at your very own home. The communication with the owner was fast and courteous. You can't beat the location. You will see deer every day from the kitchen or private master bedroom and you are just steps away from the 17th hole of the golf course. We absolutely loved this home and all the amenities it offered. Thank you for everything and we look forward to our next stay here!

perfect for sharing

My family shared the house with my sister's family, and while a little tight on bedrooms, the bonus room worked well for another sleeper. Wonderful open floor plan and good location to get the littlest ones out riding their bikes.

Beautiful house

We rented this house as a “new listing” rental. This house is actually more lovely than it shows online. The woodwork/trim and detail is warm and rich, as is the lighting design. The windows are amazing and the sitting areas are comfortable and well-designed. The whole house has an inviting flow and expanse about it. The kitchen is fully equipped-- one of the best-equipped I've seen, having stayed in a couple dozen vacation rental homes or so. Water pressure in the shower is perfect. The property has deer bait of some sort and several bird feeders so each morning we woke up to deer and birds in the yard. The owners generously share access to their wireless printer, which was handy when printing out wilderness passes for hiking trips. The ping pong table was a lot of fun as well, and there was an electric bike pump for the bikes to save time (we did not use it but I thought it was a nice amenity). The day before we left for our trip, we received a message from the owner that the washing machine was broken. Notice that the furnace was also broken, and that the owner was at the property with a repair person who couldn’t get the part to repair it for another week, arrived via text message literally as we were driving out to the property. Needless to say, this did not leave us time to come up with alternative rental options. We received several apologetic messages from the owner, who compensated us for the inconvenience with a late checkout time. The furnace ended up not being an issue because the fireplace got the living area acceptably warm and the bedrooms could be heated by electric heaters in adjacent bathrooms. The laundry issue was a bummer, but we packed accordingly. (The owner said the washing machine was maybe-sorta workable with a small load but we did not feel comfortable trying it in case something broke worse.) Couple of things to note that are not apparent from the listing, at least as shown when we booked in September 2021: • There is an elk head mounted to the wall in the living room, which is not apparent from the photos. • This is a no-pets property, but there is a very large animal cage in the bedroom suite, so presumably animals do stay inside the property on occasion. If it were not for these couple of last-minute inconveniences and listing asymmetries we would give a 5-star review. Presumably the next review will be five stars, once the kinks have been worked out in renting this new listing.

We purchased this home in 2014 from the original owners who took immaculate care of it. We wanted to find a place where we could make wonderful family memories and with all that central Oregon has to offer, we thought Sunriver was the best place to do make those memories! We feel extremely fortunate to have found this single level home as we have been able to easily include the grandparents. We are excited to share our home away from home with you, and hope that you too will be blessed in creating amazing memories with your family!

This single level home has an amazing floor plan with a bedroom suite in each corner of the house for privacy. Don't forget to bring your Nanny and Papa as they won't have to climb but a couple of steps to enter the home. This is a very family friendly home for all ages!
