Dancing On The Green

This spacious four bedroom, three and a half bathroom home is located on the 16th green of the Bald Mountain Golf Course (famous for a Dirty Dancing movie scene!).  Besides the golf views, it also has spectacular views of the pond and water spout, covered bridge, and the surrounding mountains. All these views can be seen throughout the house, back decks, and screened porch.

Through the entrance foyer, enter into the large open living room with a fireplace, plasma TV, leather sofas that recline, and a large dining table with eight chairs, two bar chairs in the kitchen, and a half bath. This home features wireless internet to stay connected while enjoying vacation. The Master bedroom offers a King bed and private bathroom. The lower level has three bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with two sets of Twins bunk beds, both of whom share a common area bathroom.  The last bedroom has a Queen bed, private bath, and TV.  There is a den with a TV between two of the bedrooms. This home comes with a washer/dryer.

CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit.  There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
