House, 6 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 4.5 Baths, (Sleeps 12-14)
New total renovation! Beautiful, Non-Smoking Home in the Heart of Seagrove Beach, located near secluded Eastern Lake yet minutes from Seaside and Rosmary Beach shopping areas. Stunningly decorated with every amenity one could wish for! Dazzling views of the emerald blue Gulf of Mexico and sugar white beaches from EVERY room in the house!

The first floor features two large bedrooms, each with a grand-size double vanity bathroom, each connecting to a double bunkroom (perfect for multiple families). Also on the first floor is a recreation room with TV, a wrap-around front porch facing the community pool, and a deck overlooking the Gulf.

The second floor has a large open Family Room, Dining Room, and Gourmet Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, separate ice maker, and every gadget a cook could need! There is a large deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, and another deck which provides views of the community pool. Also on this floor is a Master Bedroom with a deluxe Bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub, and European rainwater shower.

The third floor Tower room is a separate Master suite with private deck and breathtaking views of the Gulf!

As owner/managers, our goal is to help you create lasting memories, as that is what we cherish the most. We hope to see you at Sight to Sea!

Perfect place for the week

The house is perfect. Easy beach access. 4 master beds, with 2 attached to bunk rooms. We set the baby up in an attached bunk room. Living area had plenty of space for her play-mat on the floor. We rented bikes for the week which was great for running around shopping or eating. Owners are very responsive. We had only one issue (with the plumbing) and although it was the weekend, they sent someone out to take care of it.

Family Vacation

We all had a wonderful time. Place was exactly as advertised. My only complaint was the toys/beach chairs/etc were an absolute mess. Had to organize so you could find things. Also...kitchen is well equiped but no rhyme or reason of where things are. Dryer was unusable for the first 2.5 days. Location was fabulous and pool was perfect for when the kids and adults were fed up with the beach.

Wonderful location and perfect layout

My family (6 adults from 40-70 and 5 kids from 6-14) just wrapped up a week at this amazing house. The house really is about 30 seconds walk to the boardwalk crossing the dunes to the sand, and our kids were able to navigate themselves back and forth from beach to house for bathroom breaks, etc. That was very important to our family. The house is beautifully laid out for family groups - it’s easy to commingle together or to get some privacy, as you wish. The main living area comfortably seats a large group, and we enjoyed the kitchen as well as playing games around the dining table. The owners are communicative without being intrusive and are by far the kindest, most accommodating folks we have ever had the pleasure of working with. We will be back!

Stupendous Home - you won’t regret staying here!

We were an extended family of 11 with ages ranging from 1 yr old to 5 adults. The house description is spot on. The home was adequately stocked for us to be there for a week without having to buy basics. This is above what we have found in other VRBO’s. Location is great for all activities and the beach. Everything we needed for the babies. Toys galore for the kids and everything for the beach. Just come with a swimsuit! Mark and Betsy were very accommodating and responsive. We arrived early and they let us use the bathroom, put our food in the fridges and hang out on the porch until the home was ready. Thanks so much Mark and Betsy!!

Wonderful family vacation spot!

We had our entire family of 14 (4 family groups) and the set up was perfect. Everyone was comfortable, plenty of space, lovely views, easy walk to beach, and overall perfect location. Family Fun Stay on the 30A

Our family had the best week celebrating my mother in law’s 60th birthday at Sight to Sea! We had all ages and stages in the home - 15 month babies to 60 year old grandparents and everyone in between! The view is spectacular, we enjoyed sitting out on the porch and drinking coffee or cocktails. The beach access is about 100 steps from the house - completely doable with babies in tow. We highly recommend taking advantage of the beach chair/umbrella rentals - we had a front row spot every day. Last, the homeowner was easy to communicate with and provided great recommendations! We will be back to Seagrove, what a fun vacation!

Had a great time

Property is great. All aspects. The pools (both of them) need work. Very rough. HOA fees not being used for pool cleaning, restroom cleaning etc.. Pool deck at heated pool is gross and needs work to improve drainage. Again to be real clear, the house is great but given rental rates for homes in Summer's Edge the pools must be addressed.

Our group of 12 meet up on 30A each year. This house provided a great location, nice community pool and beautiful view of the beach from the 2nd story deck. We enjoyed our week-long stay.

Absolutely fabulous!

Stayed with three generations great bedroom room configuration two family groups with parents shared bathing a jack/Jill bathroom with kids in cinnnected bunk room. Made for a perfect suite Two of these suite-like setup on ground floor gave families the ability to have privacy and bed time sanity for their kiddos. Just wonderful All the amenities as described are fabulous. Views wonderful. Beach access fabulous and house had all the chairs and toys and beach amenities a large family might need. No need to bring any of that stuff! Owner super to work with. 5-stars!

Amazing!

Best vacation we’ve had on 30A! Beautiful home with many amenities. The seagrove beach / ocean views are wonderful too. Great for families with children as the house comes with beach toys and it’s an easy walk to the beach . Our host was super attentive and made sure no issues. Superb!

We stayed here for Fall break and to say this house did not disappoint is an understatement! We have been coming to 30a for 13 years-sometimes even more than once a year- and this is possibly our favorite house! It’s hard to pick our favorite thing about it, though! The distance to the beach, two fridges with great supplies, the great upkeep of the home…and the VIEW😍!! Mark and Betsy were attentive to all our needs and gave great recommendations and treated us like family! I would rate 10 stars if I could! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I was truly blown away by both this property and its hosts. Mark and Betsy were just wonderful. They were great about sending info regarding the property and surrounding area well ahead of our stay as well as helping with adjusting check-in/out times. They were also great about communicating with us during our stay about whatever we needed and went above and beyond their duties as hosts. They are very kind people and we are excited to hopefully rent with them again in the future. The house itself is just stunning. The pictures do not do it justice! You have amazing views of the ocean from the living room, patio, and main floor suite and upstairs suite/patio. There is a grill on the patio as well as plenty of beach towels/chairs available downstairs. The community pool was great and even had showers/bathrooms available. In terms of house location, it’s just about a mile from Seaside and close to everything you could ever need. The beach access was super convenient too! It was great being able to run home from the beach if needed without having to drive. Highly recommend the beach chair/umbrella setup you can add for an additional fee through a third-party company. Overall our group of 8 fit very comfortably in this house and cannot wait to return. Thank you for a great trip!

Fantastic Home, Wonderful Owner

We had a fantastic week visiting in August. Mark and Betsy are amazing hosts and everything was as promised in description and photos. Summer’s Edge is a Goldilocks neighborhood on 30a. Close enough to the big name neighborhoods but far enough that crowds are smaller and things are quiet. The home was updated not long ago and they did a really nice job. Everything worked well and frankly felt more like a private home than some of the other rentals you see in the area. The views from the property were great and the walk to the beach was very short. Wonderful week and would definitely visit again.

Absolutely fantastic

Mark and Betsy were beyond hospitable and helpful and we absolutely loved the house. Everything was clean, new and beautiful, as were the views of the ocean! We had short walks to both ocean and pool and all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, definitely would stay here again!

Perfect family vacation

The house was perfect! Great views, very clean and spacious. Also had everything we needed for the week. Owner was very hospitable and attentive to us. Beach access was easy and I highly recommend using the 30A beach chair company. It was well worth the money and ensures you get a nice spot on the beach. Overall we had the perfect vacation and I hope to go back again!

A perfect spot for a getaway

Incredible property! Pictures don’t do it justice, so many great amenities and phenomenal views. The owner went out of their way to ensure the experience was great and that our AC continued to work in spite of an incredibly hot week! Summer 2022 family beach trip

The house was perfect for us. We had 3 generations of family members. There was even a portacrib, high chair, and push toy for the baby and a gate for the stairs which was ideal for us. The beach and pool are literally steps away from the house. The views of the beach were great. I could even hear the waves crashing on the beach at night from the 3rd story bedroom.

We love the big cozy living/dining/kitchen area where everyone can hang out while taking in spectacular views. The bedrooms are situated very nicely to accommodate us plus our three adult children and their families.
