This retreat is equipped with all the essentials to provide guests with the ultimate beach lodging experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cooking utensils to channel your inner chef and treat your guests to delicious beach snacks and meals. Enjoy said meals on the balcony thanks to the outdoor dining area overlooking the gardens. Free WiFi and cable will keep you entertained during your stay and a shared outdoor pool will keep you and your friends refreshed no matter when you visit. There's also a shared hot tub in case your body needs some relaxation as well.
Dolphin Tikki Restaurant is on-site! Two miles away from your home away from home is Tigertail Beach, Marco Island's premier beach destination. It offers visitors five boardwalks, a picnic area with grills, a sand volleyball court, a playground, and a butterfly garden. There are a handful of marinas nearby as well as restaurants and convenience stores.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This unit requires an HOA registration to be completed and submitted back to the HOA prior to arrival in order to have access to the amenities. Failure to register will result in no access to the amenities.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 3.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
