Finding this Penthouse Condo was a huge bonus!! There is nothing more that could have been asked for, it was all there! The owners are wonderful to work with and right there when and if you need them! We were there for a month and looking forward to another month next year. Best find ever!!

Great Find!

Stayed 4 nights. Very clean, fantastic views, enjoyed the two pools, close proximity to restaurants and beach. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Awesome Place

We loved this place! Awesome view with boats and daily Dolphin sightings! Accommodations were outstanding! Quiet and comfortable with restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely look to rent in Riverside again!!!!

Wonderful host and unit. Best building and floor in the complex. Great views. Unit was very clean and all furniture was comfortable. No complaints. Would stay here again if we are back at riverside.

Wonderful place, very nicely updated with all you need. Open spaces in all but the bathroom, which was fine for me but not my husband who is in a wheelchair. Although I had checked with owner about accessibility, this was an issue for us.

Great property and unit down in Marco @ Riverside Club

Beautiful unit, fully stocked kitchen and appliances. Great decor and location. Two nice pools to enjoy. Short drive to beach. Enjoyed coffee on the lanai watching dolphins swim each morning. Walkable to restaurants, marina & shops. Excellent fishing at Rose Marina pier next door. Unit is very bright, amazing sunrises but if you like to sleep in the bedroom is open to the living areas.

Thanks for your review. Although there are lanai replacements going on at this complex, the replacement was done long ago in this unit and any construction was much further down the complex. It hasn't bothered any of our renters this year.

Nice and Clean

We had a great stay and nice view. Condo was decorated nice and very clean. Only negative was the elevator was out. Had to carry luggage 6 floors. We did figure out that there was 1 working elevator but it was at the opposite end of the complex. Other than the elevator issue it was a great stay.

Spectacular morning views

This rental was perfect for me and my friend. Enjoyed watching the sunrise over the Marco river drinking coffee in the morning on the private balcony and watching the boats ride by at any time of the day. We utilized the full kitchen and made some great meals from paradise fish market just down the street. This location is walkable to so many great spots on the island. Walked next door to rent some scooters from island bike shop, walked next door to dolphin tiki bar for drinks, walkable to the boardroom for live music, walkable to bargain basket (happened to hit it on a impromptu half price clothes sale), sweet Anne’s for ice cream. Pool was large and nice and warm. Rental was clean and check in was easy. Overall great stay!

Lovely vacation

Unit is just as described. View is fantastic. Quiet building. Unit is updated and in great shape. We appreciated items provided by owner such as a new kitchen sponge, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. It was a thoughtful touch in that we were good to go with necessities before we had a chance to get to store and purchase our own. Linens and towels were new and in great shape. King mattress was also comfortable, thinking a Tuft and Needle or Casper, or something similar, which was not too soft or too firm, for us. Really enjoyed our week!

A week in Marco

Although the unit was nice, the pictures viewed made it look larger than it really was (700 sq. ft.). Not having some sort of blind or drapery between the lanai and bedroom was problematic as sunrise comes straight through the living area and into the bedroom. Also not noted was that the building is under construction and the noise was loud and constant. All of the lanai’s are damaged badly from a storm several years ago and remain without screens, etc… Overall we were able to enjoy ourselves but feel more should have been explained and what we paid was not a good value.

Thanks for you review Matt. The unit is exactly 800 square feet, I believe that is stated in the full description and the pictures are a very exact representation of the unit itself. In comparison, a room of 800 square feet at one of the hotels on the island would cost well over our rates and would not include parking and also charge a resort fee for use of the pools and such, so we do feel it is good value, and we have many repeat renters who see value in the complex and unit. The lanai was not at all damaged in any hurricane, the entire complex is being painted and in order to access to paint the lanais, they had all of the screens cut out on the top half. These will be replaced when the entire complex has been painted. It not under repair, just regular maintenance of a building in that close proximity to open salt water. You will not be disappointed with this rental for all of your vacation needs. Close walking distance to many area restaurants, attractions, Marinas and shopping, including the world famous Snook Inn Bar & Restaurant. The Property has 2 pools, 2 spas, tennis courts, BBQ areas, boat docks and a Marina all right on the property, just steps away! The Marina even stocks bait for you to fish directly from the pier.

This building and unit is one of the most sought after in the complex due to the outstanding penthouse views of the Jolley Bridge and waterfront. This is the closest you can possibly get to the waterfront ... pictures do not do this view justice - come and see for yourself! We guarantee the view will leave you speechless!
