Brand new, spacious two-bedroom condo with two full baths, beautiful balcony deck, centrally located in Traverse City, MI. Location is everything when you are vacationing, and our unit will put you blocks from the beach, the Commons at the Old State Hospital grounds, the TART Trail, and downtown TC - all in easy walking distance. Being on the west side of downtown Traverse City, it's quick and easy to do the M-22 drive and head to the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, enjoy outdoor music and food at the Lake Ann Brewery, or visit Suttons Bay, Fishtown (Leland), or any of the numerous wineries, breweries, distilleries, and amazing restaurants in the area. While at home, enjoy the gorgeous granite and butcher-block counters, sink into the new sectional sofa with a comfortable memory-foam sleeper, or enjoy a cocktail on the deck. Great food, great shopping, and fun entertainment. We do have a three night minimum stay, except in our high-demand month of July which requires a six night minimum stay.

The condo is one of two above one of the biggest party stores in Traverse City, West Side Beverage, featuring a huge assortment of libations and delicious pizzas and sandwiches. Note that this is a second-floor walk-up unit.

It sleeps 8 quite comfortably.
