Bea by the Sea is a ground floor unit at Peachtree Place ll, on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach Florida. Located across the street from the emerald waters and pearly white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. Our unit is a two minute walk to one of PCB's most popular beach accesses, #73. On the white sandy beaches of access #73 you can enjoy playing in the sand or swimming, or can even rent a jet ski, banana boat, kayak or paddle board for your entertainment.

Peachtree Place II is across from the "famous" Splash Resort and is 2 miles away from Pier Park, which features over 100 stores, fantastic restaurants, movie theaters, and the famous Panama City Beach Skywheel. You can also go fishing at Russell-Fields Pier or observe the fantastic marine life at Gulf World, both are within 3 miles of the condominium. Our "Bea by the Sea" is walking distance to Alvin's Island where you will find any beach necessity and more for your convenience.

When your not at the Beach you can enjoy spending time at Peachtree Place's private swimming pool. Our beautiful unit is one away from the pool. There is also a fire pit area for relaxing and socializing (6 foot apart of course 😉) after a fun day on the beach. No need to worry with an elevator or parking, just pull right up to our ground floor unit and start enjoying all this wonderful unit has to offer.

Relax after a long day on the beach in this units spacious living room which offers two comfortable couches and a big screen with cable tv. The big open area has a full size kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator with ice maker. The kitchen area also features 4 barstools for extra eating space. Sit and eat supper with the family around our beautiful 6 person dining room table. This unit also has its own washer and dryer.

Bea by the Sea is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit that sleeps 6 people. The master bedroom features a king size bed with flat screen tv. It also has his and her sinks with a separate area for the jacuzzi bathtub/shower and toilet. This room also features a door going on to a private back deck.

The second bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed with a twin size pull out trundle bed. Also a flat screen tv. This room also has a sliding glass door to enjoy the private back deck. The unit also has a full size sleeper sofa to accommodate more guest.

Come and enjoy making family memories in our “Bea by the Sea” its "shore to please". You are one unit away from the refreshing pool or a two minute walk to having your toes in the sand. Not much better than that!
