Three real high quality beds in a fully remodeled apartment just 167 feet from Boardwalk and Beach in San Diego’s premier beach destination, Mission Beach. Luxury just fully remodeled 1 bedroom. Ground floor. Includes high speed Wifi and streaming cable. Property includes 2 queen bed, 1 full bed and 1 queen air mattress.

This is luxury ground floor luxury 1 bedroom apartment just 167 feet from the boardwalk and the beach in San Diego’s premier beach destination, Mission Beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of a three story building. The floors are hardwood. The appliances, furniture, electronics, linens and artwork are all brand new.
This is a 14 unit, three story apartment building. It features a gated yard for relaxation and sitting in the sun complete with a shared BBQ.
Take advantage of our kitchen for meals, or venture out and sample some awesome San Diego restaurants during your stay here! Start the morning off right with some coffee in the kitchen, or pick up coffee at one of the numerous neighborhood coffee stands and walk two blocks to the beach for a stroll as you watch the surf.
We are 167 Feet from San Diego's most iconic beach. Have a hamburger or get a scoop of ice cream. Talk a walk or learn to surf, maybe rent a bike. It’s all right there at your doorstep. Groceries, Restaurants and Microbreweries are all around. Of course, you will have access to our communal BBQ grill, and it's always a good time to cook out.
After lunch, head back home and take a nap on a cozy couch or one of the high end beds.
If you like shopping, you are virtually 10-20 minutes from any destination in the greater San Diego Metro area. I would suggest starting with the cool little shops a couple blocks away.
For Touristy stuff... well, the beach is two blocks away. Step out on the sidewalk and look west. It's that blue thing where the land ends. SeaWorld is a five minute drive. The World Famous San Diego Zoo is a ten minute drive away. Disneyland is a ninety minute drive.

Amazing in every way!

Great location. Extremely clean with all the right extras from towels to kitchen supplies and it has a washer and dryer which is hard to find. Property has nice Ana close parking and the patio area is very pleasant. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back.

Great location and accommodations

We were looking for a reasonably priced place with a full kitchen near the beach and are so happy we stayed here. It’s very clean and uncluttered yet has everything you need. My husband needs good quality mattresses for his low back and the beds were really comfortable. The surrounding immediate neighborhood is super cute but still walkable to some of the best restaurants in PB. Unfortunately, I left my coat by accident but it was super easy to communicate with the owner and get it back. We will definitely try to stay in one of his rentals again.

Nice location but……

The location of the property was in between the ocean and the bay which was great. The floors were not clean, but over all not bad. My issue was super short parking spots. There may be enough spots for each rental, not sure, but four are too short for anything but a two seater. A Camry would not fit. Also the host will let you know a few days before you arrive that if you are out past 8:00 pm to take an Uber or Lyft due to parking.

We have been the center of San Diego's beach tourism since the early 1900s. We feature San Diego's longest and widest beach with a boardwalk that runs for miles with a roller coaster at one end and restaurants and shopping at the other. This rental is only 167 steps to the boardwalk and beach.
