Bear Way to Heaven in Smoky Mountain Retreat Gated Community

Experience a mountain vacation retreat without having to sacrifice comfort and elegance. Have all the conveniences of your own home in this fully equipped cabin sitting at 3,400 ft. elevation. Six (6) large flat screen TV’s all with ROKU As you enter this 1,000 acre beautifully gated community, you will be greeted by cascading streams, a picnic area and large playground, all accessible to our guests.

This area has a wealth of activities for adults and children alike including hiking, fishing, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, golf, skiing, tubing, antiquing and more.

PLEASE READ BEFORE RESERVING: NO MOTORCYCLES OR SLINGSHOTS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS COMMUNITY. -Only 7 guests allowed. If additional guests arrive at the cabin then all guest are subject to eviction.

Main level: Well-furnished cozy living room, stone fireplace, widescreen TV, reclining chairs, leather couch, dining area seats 6, kitchen with granite counter tops, breakfast bar for 3. Master bedroom with a king size bed TV, a full master bath. Large luxury patio with great views, six (6) person sauna, four (4) person hot tub, 14’ cherrywood top bar, Napolean gas grill and 55” flat screen TV. Twelve speaker system with Bluetooth in all rooms (including patio area)

Loft area with profession shuffleboard, flat screen TV and queen size sleeper sofa, King bedroom with TV and full bathroom.

Lower level: Queen bedroom with full bathroom, TV, and gas fireplace.

Please note, there is a surveillance camera on the exterior only (driveway). This is for security purposes only.

Bear Way to Heaven House Rules:
-Only 7 guests allowed to stay overnight. Please be advise that the maximum of 8 guest allowed is strictly enforced. If additional guests are seen staying overnight at the cabin then all guest are subject to eviction.
-No pets are allowed! If pets are seen on the property, you will be charged a $200 fee.
-The firewood underneath the tarp is not to be used that is for the homeowners only.
-Please keep trash in the bins located in the garage.
-No smoking inside the property, if smoking outside please dispose of the butts properly! Do not toss into the yard or driveway.

Please be aware there is a surveillance camera facing the driveway & lower deck, this is for homeowners' security purposes.

“Please be advised as stated in the House Rules" the firewood stored underneath the tarp is the owner’s private inventory of wood, there are two (2) piles of wood under the porch. One for the renter and the other under the tarp for the owners.
The owner's wood is inventoried prior to all arrivals and then inventoried after checkout. Any unaccountable wood will be replaced with compatible type wood in size and weight. If there is a shortage of the owner's inventory after checkout there shall be a minimum fee of $100.00 for replacements costs. Wood can be purchased and delivered to the residence upon arrival with advance noticed by contacting the office.

Monthly Rate: November 1st- June 30th: $7,560

11% tax will be applied to rent.
The Damage Protection of $50 is a required item that will be added to the reservation.
Optional 6.5% Trip Insurance will be applied to rent.
Deposit Required for Reservations.

$65 Reservation Fee (plus tax).

Firewood Notice: Not all wood-burning fireplaces will provide firewood at the property. We can have firewood delivered to the property per request, we offer 1/4 cord for $100 or 1/2 cord for $180. Please order ahead before your arrival.

The Smoky Mountain Retreat at Eagle’s Nest subdivision does not permit motorcycles or trailers on the mountain.
