Welcome to "Up on the Roof," perfectly located in Seaside, just across from the West Side pool. This charming home greets you with two spacious open porches—one on each level. The first-floor porch is ideal for outdoor dining with a picnic table and Adirondack seating for four. Step inside to an open floor plan that’s perfect for families, featuring a connected living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room offers comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, making it a great spot for family movie nights or watching the game. Adjacent to the living area, the dining room has a large table that comfortably seats eight, with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. The kitchen has been recently updated with stainless steel appliances and new countertops. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a cozy, furnished rear porch.
The first queen bedroom is located on the main floor and includes a private flat-screen TV. A generously sized full bathroom is directly across from this bedroom and the living area. Upstairs on the second floor, you'll find three more bedrooms and a large open-air front porch. The upstairs queen primary bedroom offers plenty of storage, a private en suite bathroom, and access to the porch. The en suite bath has been newly renovated with marble countertops and a luxurious marble rain shower. The second queen bedroom also opens onto the front porch, while the third queen bedroom, located at the rear of the house, shares a recently updated full hall bathroom with the adjacent bedroom. This shared bathroom features a tub-shower combo. The expansive front porch runs the length of the home and includes a custom-built queen-hanging bed and several rocking chairs, making it the perfect spot to relax while overlooking a peaceful wooded park area.
Head up to the third-floor loft, which features a built-in office space with two desks and access to the large open-air rooftop deck. The rooftop deck, with seating for four, offers stunning views of Seaside’s rooftops and a partial view of the Gulf. It’s the ideal spot to enjoy a nightcap after a day at the beach.
