Beach view home just a short walk to the beach!

This spacious beach house has great beach views from the deck, and is just a short two-minute walk to the beach. It’s perfect for families or several couples with kids. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house that has three rooms with a king-size bed in each and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds. All linens are included. Each bedroom has a Smart TV. The open living area is great for relaxing after a fun day in the sun. Games, cards, puzzles, books, and WiFi will keep the family entertained. The living room TV has Roku access. The deck is perfect for early morning coffee and late afternoon cocktails. The outdoor shower is convenient for rinsing off before heading inside. There is a picnic table and big comfy chairs to enjoy downstairs while you’re grilling. Guests will be able to use the outdoor charcoal grill, a wagon for carrying toys to the beach, and beach towels.

A few details:
* No pets allowed.
* Bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided in the rental.
* Kitchen has all basic cookware, serving dishes and utensils, including plates, eating utensils, glasses, coffee cups, baking dishes, crockpot, frying pans, cooking utensils, carving knives, saucepans, blender, and corkscrew.
* Full size washer/dryer.
* Small dish soap, a few dishwasher pods, dish-cleaning sponge, 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 4 kitchen trash bags and 1 roll of paper towels will be provided.
* All trash must be in trash bags before disposing in outside trash bins.
* There is an exterior security camera on the wall near the entrance to the home on the upper deck and downstairs over the garage door.
* The primary renter must be at least 27 years old and be staying on the premises during the rental period.
* This house is not meant for events. If law enforcement is called to the property, all renters and guests will be required to vacate the property within 30 minutes and refunds will not be given.
* This house does not have a generator, and guests should be aware that there are occasional power outages during inclement weather.

Note: This home is on a septic system which requires guest awareness of what is disposed in the drains and toilets.
