Sobre el hogar:

Mi esposa y yo diseñamos y terminamos de construir nuestra casa de playa de ensueño y esperamos que usted y su familia lo encuentren tan relajante y sorprendente como nosotros. Este es solo el segundo verano que lo estamos alquilando, así que perdona las reseñas limitadas.

Hay espacio para todos en esta casa de 3 pisos que incluye 5 dormitorios, 4 baños y dos salas de estar para relajarse y disfrutar de una película en una mientras los niños se relajan en la otra. En el 3er piso encontrará las suites Master y Jr Master, cada una con su propio baño y vestidores. Vistas del océano se puede ver desde la segunda y tercera historias con la vista más impresionante fuera del balcón principal. Hay 3 zonas climáticas para cada piso, controladas individualmente por termostatos Nest, asegurando que todos estén a la temperatura perfecta. Encontrará lavadoras / secadoras nuevas en el primer piso y en el baño principal para su comodidad. Disfrute de una cocina completamente equipada, equipada para todas sus necesidades de cocción, junto con una nueva parrilla de gas Weber en la segunda cubierta para barbacoa. Cada habitación tiene un televisor LED junto con ambas salas de estar.

El garaje está equipado con equipo de playa, que incluye un carrito de playa, 8 sillas de playa, tablas de boogie y una bomba para inflables. También hay 4 bicicletas de crucero de playa completamente nuevas.

La locación:

La casa está a 600 pies de lo que consideramos la mejor playa de la isla. - Los ascensores son impresionantes, pero tener uno que se abre directamente al garaje lo lleva a otro nivel. Solo devuelva el automóvil, arroje su equipaje al elevador y llévelo a su piso. Esto es ideal para huéspedes mayores y discapacitados también.
- La casa está conectada con Alexa y un sistema Sonos con altavoces en el 2 ° piso y la terraza. Puede conectar su teléfono, ipod o simplemente pedirle a Alexa que reproduzca su música favorita. (¡Dejaremos instrucciones!)

Best Family Vacation

We are Brigantine veterans who have been vacationing almost yearly for the past 30 years on the island. By far, this is the very best home we have rented…..from amenities to home design to furnishings to comfort to location-location-location!!

Wonderful house and location

The house is beautiful and has plenty of chairs for a large group. The wagon came in handy for beach transport and the bikes were a nice addition. Having an elevator open to the garage made move in and out simple. Will rent again in the future.

The perfect place for a family gathering

Family Vacation

House was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed. Access to the beach is amazing and close to everything. We would definitely recommend this rental. The Boyce’s were great to interact with and made sure the home has everything you could need for a great beach vacation!

Perfect family vacation.

Gorgeous, spacious and super clean home on a quiet block, just a few houses away from the beach. The home is well appointed with all beach gear, high end kitchen appliances and all the kitchen gear you can imagine. The owner was readily available and very pleasant. We had a fabulous family vacation and will be back.

Wonderful family vacation

Our family enjoyed a great stay at this property! The owners were generous in providing everything we needed, including beach tags and equipment. The rooms were spacious and accommodated our extended family and members of all ages. The beach was a short walk away and was quiet and never crowded. We already booked our stay for next year. Beautiful, well-appointed home, close to the beach, shops and restaurants

We were delighted to stay in this beautiful property in Brigantine. We rented it for a mini family reunion and it was perfect. The property is a short block from the beach, was impeccably clean, had plenty of common area space, bedrooms and bathrooms and lovely decorations. The owner is really on top of things and provides wonderful amenities like loaner beach tags, beach chairs, outdoor grill, bicycles, etc. to make your stay all the more convenient and enjoyable. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Beautiful Beach House

The house is beautiful, conveniently located near the beach and the Shark Park for kids. We had access to beach chairs, bicycles and more. The kitchen has all you need including cook and bakeware, seasoning ingredients, paper products etc...Really, really nice. Thank you Matt and Lisa.

Amazing beach house steps away from the sandy beach.

What an amazing experience my wife and I had when we rented this beach home. This house is well put together with an elevator for your convenience. The bedrooms where spacious and comfortable. Two living room areas along with two balconies. Can't wait to reserve this house again.

Great beach house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home on the Jersey shore. Excellent location. Just 6 houses from the beach. The beach was beautiful and had an area that had a life guard. Atlantic City was also 5 minutes away for the adults to slip away for a little. The home was even better than expected. Very well kept and relatively new. It was also well stocked with supplies we needed. We definitely plan to come again and may even make it an annual tradition.

The house is huge and very nicely furnished with a great front porch for relaxing and chatting.. Location is great ... quick access to the beach.and about 1/2 mile easy walk to stores where there's a great ice cream shop and an Italian cheese etc. store. Easy access to fresh seafood shop and liquor store. A large park and kids playground one street over..

A Perfect Place

Had an outstanding week! The house was fantastic. Beautifully designed and kept. Rooms are spacious and everything is state of the art. The second floor balcony is shaded with an ocean view so we spent many hours there in the late afternoon. Elevator was great for my senior parents and bringing groceries up to the third floor. Great location too. A quick walk to pristine and uncrowded beaches. Could not have asked for better accommodations. Cannot wait for next summer!

Spacious House in Convenient Location

This house provided ample space for my extended family of ten. The master bedroom allowed plenty of space for one family traveling with an eight-month old to spread out and have quiet for nap time. The house was clean, well-maintained, and equipped for meal preparation and beach usage. The large living area was ideal, especially during a three-day stretch of rainy weather. The elevator was very helpful in transporting luggage and other items.The house is located in a convenient area for walking to restaurants and is a short walk to the beach. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious home in a quiet beach town, yet close to the attractions at Atlantic City.

Amazing Beach House and Neighborhood

Wonderful Accommodations

I can’t say enough about these accommodations. They were clean, well stocked with everything you could need for enjoying yourself. The location couldn’t get any better, the beach was just a short walk down the street. I came with my kids and grandchildren and we had a great time. There are bikes, beach chairs, sand toys, and an awesome beach wagon to take it all down to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. There was plenty of seating for the 13 of us, inside and out. The master bedroom was gorgeous and the bed was so comfortable. All the rooms were great with great beds. The elevator is very helpful for moving luggage. We decided as a family that we will stay at no other place because we loved this house so much. The owner was very helpful and welcomed us and was available by phone if we needed anything.

August Vacation

I can't say enough about this property and the owner, Matthew! The house is amazing. It is clean and beautiful and has lots of space. It is also stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your vacation! There was easy and efficient communication with tMatthew! My family had a blast the entire week. We would definitely stay at this house again in the future. Brigantine is a gem. The walk to the beach is so close. Unpack your bags, relax, walk to the beach, shops, cafes, etc. There are bikes and beach equipment so you can save on space in your car. Can't say enough about this house and it's location. A big thank you to Matthew for giving our family the opportunity to spend time together in his beautiful home!

Loved our stay in Brigantine

Our extended family enjoyed our stay together at this nicely accommodating beach house! Matthew was great to work with. The house was so beautiful and clean. It has more than what we needed. The house located one block away from the beach entrance but we had no issue with little childern(4 toddler and 2 kids). There was shark playground step away from house to go. Brigantine beach has the best sand! Loved the bike riding and Richman’s ice-cream shop

Vacation in Brigantine, NJ in July 2021

My family and I had a wonderful time using Matt Boyce's house (Property 4849719) from VRBO in July 2021. Wow, what a house. This property was extremely clean and had the latest technology from using Alexa for the temperature and speaker controls. Also, the property utilized solar panels on the roof, and had an elevator for my elderly parents. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and all the lawns well manicured. The location was terrific, a 5-minute walk to the beach. Matt provided beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, and paddle balls etc. Most of all Matt sent me texts from the time we left our house and communicated with me concerning garbage cans and questions I had considering the first time we went to Brigantine. If you like to gamble, Atlantic City casinos (Borgata and Golden Nugget) are 2.5 miles away. My family also did a charter fishing trip out of Brigantine that was totally a blast. There were 2 garbage cans, 1 for recycle and 1 for regular trash, having an additional can would have made it easier for the next guest as garbage is not picked up til the next Thursday. Overall, a great property and I would recommend staying there.

Perfect Stay!

We could not say enough good things about our stay over Memorial Day weekend. The weather was horrible but it didn’t stop us from having an amazing trip. The house was stocked with board games and video games to keep the kids busy and we all couldn’t get over how clean everything was in addition to having every amenity we could possible think of available. Perfect distance to walk to the beach. My sister got engaged the first night there and I have a feeling we will be back for many years to come as it now holds a special place in our hearts!

A slam dunk.

Our big family of 8 adults and 3 children had a great Thur - Sun trip! The home was spacious for all of us - and all of the carefully planned zones proved to be exactly what my family had in mind. Each of our 4 families had enough room in the house and had gathering spaces such as the kitchen and living room for all of us to enjoy. Proximity to the beach and the wonderful Shark Park felt like added amenities. We were thankful for the great communication with property owner, as well as the easy check out checklist and handbook. Parking was so easy. We really had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back. There’s so much to love about our stay, I could go on and on.

We live less than an hour away in South Jersey and love heading down to the shore year round. With our first child coming soon we wanted to have a true home away from home for our growing family and also a place for friends and family to enjoy. We hope you and your family enjoy it just as much as we do!

We looked for so long all over the island, but couldn't find our 'perfect' home in what we considered the perfect location. Finally, we had an opportunity to buy a lot on the exact street we loved and decided to build.

Brigantine is split into two main towns and we wanted to have easy access to ALL restaurants, shops, etc. This location leaves you with a few minute bike ride to both areas so you don't feel like you're limited to just one side or the other.
