Get the best of both worlds in this pent house condo! You can watch Sunsets from the balcony as well as watch the boats on the inter-coastal from the balcony. This unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can choose between soaking in our community pool or enjoying the waves of the gulf. You are a few steps away from the gorgeous beaches of Redington Shores.

Loved the condo

We were so happy with the condo at San Remo! It was spotless and decorated so lovely. The beds were comfortable. The recliners are a big plus for me. I do a lot of cooking in the condo and found that I had all the kitchen tools that I needed except for a covered casserole dish. But I have found that to be the case in all the condos we have rented at San Remo, so a casserole dish is packed every year when we come to Florida. The pool area is beautiful. It is right next to the gulf. You leave from the pool gate and are on the beautiful beach where you can walk for miles or relax on the beach. The condo is located next to the bird sanctury so when you are out on the balcony you will be able to watch the birds come into the sanctuary in addition to the sea birds and dolphins you will see from the balcony. We have been coming to this area for over 30 years and there is so much to do! The Broke and Bored restaurant has recently reopened and is a very short walk from the condo. There are so many restaurants available in the area. Sweet Sage is my favorite with the outdoor garden area. I also enjoy, Guppy's on the Beach in Indian Rocks, Sea Breeze, The Conch Republic, Salt Rock Grill and Dockside Daves for the best grouper and onion rings we have had in this area! San Remo has undergone a major renovation to the balcony's. Every unit has a remodeled balcony. The owners are wonderful to work with and we look forward to returning for many years. Thank you!

Extremely Disappointing

Listing said construction would be completed 4 months before our stay. It was not & owner failed to tell us until day before check-in. When I informed him how upset we were with that he changed listing info. Wow. Too late for us. Very deceptive. Kept making excuses. We know it can take longer but was his responsibility to let us know. VERY NOISEY & could not use our balcony at all. Scaffolding, debris & doors boarded closed from outside. Just awful. Living room TV did not work. After 2 1/2 hrs of trying to get it to work we told owner enough. We moved bedroom one to LR. Dishes flatware very dirty. We did get a refund for 3 days but that did not touch the bad experience. After 2 weeks of misery we asked & received our remaining 2 weeks be refunded so we could move out. He complied & we had to find another rental.

Amazing Stay!

We absolutely loved staying in this condo. After I had booked several condos at the San Remo that had been canceled, I reached out to Nichole two days before I was supposed to arrive and she got me booked right away! The condo was up to date and very clean! Will definitely book again.

Great views

We stayed in this property for 7 weeks and enjoyed it very much. Great views of the Gulf, Sea bird sanctuary and Intra Coastal. Had a couple minor issues but Nicole and Jay were very responsive and took care of them right away. Returning next year!

Fantastic Beachfront Stay

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay. The property is right on the beach, has a great pool, and the unit was beautiful. It was even nicer than shown in the pictures. Everything you need is available, and it was spotless. When we did have a question, the hosts were incredibly quick to respond.

Amazing Trip

We really enjoyed our stay! The views were fabulous!!!! The condo was beautifully decorated and Jay and Nicole were great to deal with. Everyone in the building was very kind as well! We will be back in the future!

Beautiful view and location

Beautiful views and location. Many upgrades throughout. New furniture and beds, washer and dryer. . Very clean, good wifi A few shortcomings with kitchen supplies - bowls, cutlery, dishes, glasses etc. We’ve stayed in this unit on a number of past locations but our first with the new owners.

Lovely 6th Floor Unit

SO PLEASANT! COZY 2 bedroom corner unit, very much worth the stairs (or the elevator). LOVED being able to watch the Sunrise from the Bedrooms and the Sunset from the Balcony! We thoroughly enjoyed being settled above the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, too! Beach is easily accessible from the walkway and/or from the spacious and warm pool area and the Hot Tub was a bonus for us! There was ample parking and we felt very safe throughout our stay. We were able to walk and/or drive anywhere without any difficulty and we were quite fond of the area. We look forward to a return trip! Thank You for sharing your condo with us!
