This property is adjacent to Happy Hours I, property 2052245 (same owner). Rent one or both! Spend many happy hours here at Seaside Villas, directly across from the no-drive section of New Smyrna Beach. Located just south of Daytona Beach and an hour east of Orlando, New Smyrna Beach is a favorite of Central Florida locals.

Fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable seating in the living room, and one bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom on the 1st floor. Queen bedroom, a full bathroom, a loft with a futon, and a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor.

Excellent place to stay

My family had a wonderful time staying here on vacation. The place was really nice and clean and the host was very helpful! My kids had an awesome time swimming in the pool and we loved that the ocean was such a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

Biketoberfest Vacation

We stayed with our daughter and her boyfriend here, plenty of room for us, very cozy and cute decor. The townhouse was clean and actually was well stocked with kitchen items if you stay in for a meal, a short walk to the ocean to take in the views, east access to surrounding attractions with little traffic issues. Definitely would go back!

Great experience!

First time to New Smyrna and we were not disappointed. The condo was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and we had a very relaxing vacation. Val made great use of the space; my kids loved the spiral staircase. It is a very short & safe walk to the beach. We would love to stay at this location again!

Winter Break

We had a great two weeks at Happy Hours 2. Used gas grill twice -full propane tank. Walked beach and biked a lot - access to beach is perfect (not too close and not far at all). Val was always immeadiately available!

Throughly enjoyed our time at Happy Hours II

The house was clean, amenities such as beach towels a great touch. We were close to the beach and the rest of our family. Beds comfortable. I really like all the vegetation in the complex…adds to the Florida beach experience. Only one suggestion; the coffee pot does not have an auto turn off. We are accustomed to this feature as a safeguard.

Wonderful place to stay at the beach

We had a wonderful time on our visit to NSB. The townhouse is in the perfect location across the street from the beach and less than 5 minutes from grocery and several great restaurants. The townhouse was a great size for our family of 4. Our 8-year-old loved the loft space and made it their own room. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed plus extras like an ice cream maker. Having all the beach chairs available with the cart to carry them to the beach was a great perk. The property was very clean and quiet, perfect for relaxing by the pool. The owner was super responsive to any questions or issues that came up during our stay. Highly recommend.

Great place!

We would totally stay here again! The home is clean, cozy, and full of little extras! Here is a list a some things we found helpful as a family of four with kids ages 7 & 9: games; beach toys; shower gel; plenty of towels (bath and beach), a foot sprayer by the pool to rinse off sand, friendly neighbors, cooler, coffee stuff, ziploc bags, stocked kitchen utensils / pots / pans / etc; plenty of charging spots; strong WiFi; Roku; big closets; cozy pillows and blankets; easy to use lighting and cooling options. The location is fantastic; it’s truly a short and easy walk to the beach which might be hard to conceptualize without seeing it. We easily walked to the shopping area multiple times (Dollar General, beach store, ice cream, pizza place, liquor store, nail salon). Publix is about 7 minutes away too. Flagler Ave is about a 13 minute drive north and dolphin viewing at Bethune is about 10 minutes south. Really a great location! To pay it forward, we left a pool noodle, sand castle toys, large baby powder for beach sand removal, a couple travel size toiletries in the jar, 4 boxes of tissues, more coffee. Thanks for a great stay, Val!

Fantastic Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa is in a quiet location and neighbouring owners were welcoming. Its just a short trip to restaurants and amenities and was definitely one of the best equipped and cleanest villas we have stayed in whilst visiting Florida. Val was very accommodating and always responded quickly to any queries. She also checked on us part way through to ensure we were happy. Only downside was having to drive to the beach due to the beach access being destroyed by hurricane Ian. Nothing that won't be fixed in the coming months.

The house was clean. The patio was messy, this may have been due to the hurricane.

6 people couldn't sit on the patio together,due to the size. Looked more like a side walk. Am improvement would be to extend the patio out in the grassy area and level it. Otherwise, the interior was great. Everything we needed was provided.

Don't miss this one

This place checked all our boxes! We needed a place within a 5 minute walk to the beach but also close enough to walk for groceries, ice-cream, a local gym, etc. Also she had some bikes for us upon request and that made it even better! She had all beach gear provided such as chairs, umbrella, boards, cooler, towels, and cart. Her home was stocked with everything for when we stayed in to eat and the space was plenty of room for just us and our teenage daughter. Val was so helpful when we had questions about the area too. We highly recommend this place and we will be back!

Great for families!

We enjoyed the close walk to the beach for morning sunrise. Kids loved having the loft as their own space. Condo was very clean and well stocked with essentials. We really enjoyed all of the games provided. Check in/out process very efficient, and Val is great with communication if anything is needed. Will definitely try to stay here our next trip!

Amazing!

We had such a great time at this VRBO. It was super family friendly and literally had everything we needed for the house and beach. The private beach access limited the number of people around on the beach which was nice during spring break. I will definitely consider coming back and be recommending to others. Excellent in all respects

We loved our visit in all respects. Like the area for convenience and access to dining, beach and groceries. Val was very responsive and even put us in contact with bike rental who delivered 2 seven speed bikes to our door and arranged pick up. That way we could say we participated in “bike week”. We want to return next year for sure.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

Everything from booking to check-in and then check-out was seamless! The condo was super cute and clean, just as the pictures made it seem. They had everything we needed available and more, all we had to bring were clothes, any food we wanted and bathroom supplies. Val, the host, even checked to make sure we made it in okay. The location is perfect- a quieter area of the beach, which is right across the street! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

This property was perfect for my family and I. There were 5 adults and my grandson who is 3. We had plenty of room and did not feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was large and was perfect for entertaining additional members of our family, as we were down for a celebration of life for my father. Val was very informative and was so easy to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend Val and Happy Hours II.

Excellent!

We arrived early and was able to check in as the unit was ready. It was beautiful inside and included anything you may need except food but had extras spices and such. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the area is quiet. It was a perfect stay!

Great location

Great stay. Close to ocean, quit pool area. Met a few of the people that live in the same complex. Made us feel at home. Never treated like a stranger. Val was super, her quick responses to some of my bone headed problems made us feel like a guest in her home. Highly recommended. Thank you Steve

My parents purchased a neighboring townhouse in Seaside Villas, and when this came available we bought this one too! Our family is spread out across Florida, and since I'm the closest, I manage the rentals in both units. We wanted this place to be comfortable for when we stay, so you will find comfortable beds, new linens, cable TV, beach supplies, a propane grill, books and games, and a stocked kitchen. We love it because it's a 3 minute walk to toes-in-the-sand! The restaurants in NSB are great, too!

I'm humanities professor at a state college. I live in Seminole County, just 45 minutes from New Smyrna Beach. My husband and I have two teenage sons. We've been vacationing in New Smyrna Beach for the past ten years, so we are thrilled to finally have a place of our own to escape to! Years of staying in beach rental homes has given me some insight into what is needed for a great beach week (or month). We added extra outlets and USB ports for charging everyone's phones, plenty of durable plates, cups and covered wine cups to take outside, beach gear and sports equipment, Roku sticks on every TV, games for the family, books for all ages, and extra outside seating.

In addition to my full-time job at the college and my part-time job managing Happy Hours NSB, I work seasonally as a tour guide in Boston, NYC and DC. I'm also a veteran study abroad leader. I love to travel and to organize travel for others, so becoming a vacation rental host is a natural fit.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Seaside Villas is small, with only 14 units. We chose this because of its proximity to the beach and the Dollar General grocery and restaurants (just two blocks away). It's also on the no-drive section of the beach, but Flagler Ave is just a short bike ride away. We also love that it is right next door to our other family home!
