Este lujoso condominio AMARA de 2200 pies cuadrados, pies y piso 12 está ubicado en la playa con espectaculares vistas del océano, la playa y las increíbles puestas de sol. El nuevo condominio completamente amueblado se ha modificado desde el plan de base para proporcionar una cocina y sala de estar concepto sala abierta la maximización de la sala de estar y espacio de entretenimiento, así como los puntos de vista. Una zona del bar ha añadido adyacente a la gran sala de estar y la cocina se ha actualizado con gabinetes adicionales y una barra de desayuno con vistas al curso montañas y el campo vecino. La gran cubierta de la sala de estar con puertas correderas de cristal con vistas a la piscina complejo triple de abajo.

Los dos dormitorios principales frente a la espectacular playa y cada uno tiene su propio baño completo. Las camas King y las camas brindan el lujo de dormir y cada una está equipada con televisores de pantalla plana. Las habitaciones con vistas a la montaña tienen camas individuales y dobles, respectivamente, lo que permite una ocupación máxima e ideal para familias numerosas o para uso compartido.


El complejo de la piscina privada ofrece todo lo necesario para relajarse en este océano paraíso. Nadar, remojo, bronceado o relajarse bajo la palapa / cabaña mientras que el personal brindan su bebida favorita. Disfrute de interminables paseos por la playa y volver al lujo a través de su entrada a la playa privada con ducha y baño adjunto.

Absolutely perfect accommodations for our family. Views were stunning, location was perfect!

Our cond was large and very comfortable for our family. It included everything we needed and more. The location makes it easy to walk the beach in the morning, get a massage, and it’s close to shopping and restaurants. Our family enjoyed the pool and the proximity of the restaurant/bar. This was a spectacular, 2 week family vacation and our condo rental was a major reason for our enjoyable experience.

Wonderful Family Vacations

These is the second year that we spend the holidays in this apartament. We really had a great time. The apartment is fully equipped and the view is AMAZING. Bryan is a great host and has all you need to enjoy your stay in Ixtapa

Amara was perfect!

THis unit on the 12th floor is absolutely beautiful. The furnishings are good quality, the views are spectacular, and the location is right at the centre of the 3 km beach. All of the pools and the grounds are very well kept, and the pool palapa bar serves excellent drinks and and snack food at good prices. The bar staff are very friendly and usually had a beer opened for us when they saw us coming. Claudia, the property manager, is very helpful and was a huge help when our son accidentally left his phone in a cab. Bryan, the owner, gave us lots of good info and had some drinks and food waiting for us on arrival - a really pleasant surprise. Amara is very close to many restaurants and shops - literally its across the street. We found the Generals to be our favourite spot - both for good food and drinks, and to watch some sports. We rented bikes and rode the Cyclopista de Ixtapa paved trail to Playa Linda and went to Ixtapa Island for some snorkeling - both excursions were fun. We would totally recommend this property and are hoping to be able to use it again soon.

Breathtaking

We have been coming to Ixtapa for 20+ years and this by far was the best trip ever. The condominium was absolutely amazing, very well maintained, nicely decorated and the view from the balcony breathless. The grounds of the Amara were beautiful and also very well maintained. The staff at the Amara was very kind and attentive. The owners Bryan and Rhonda went above and beyond to assure that we were knowledge about restaurants, drivers (Mario is the best) and things happening around Ixtapa. They made us feel very welcome to their condo. Words cannot express our appreciation to them for making this our most memorable trip. We will be back and will highly recommend both the Amara and these owners.

Beautiful condo with an amazing oceanview

We stayed at the condo for 8 nights and everything was absolutely wonderful. I can't say enough about the beauty and comfort of the entire place. The condo is beautifully decorated and very spacious. There were 3 couples in our group and everyone loved their accomodations. The oceanview from the kitchen, living and dining rooms is absolutely stunning. The deck is spacious and the oceanview is breathtaking. The pools were amazing and the palapa bar was a great place to visit and meet new people. The unit is right on the beach and just across the street from numerous restaurants and shops. Bryan was so great to deal with. He answered our emails almost immediately and offered us numerous tips and recommendations on restaurants, activities and places to see in Ixtapa and Zihuatenejo. He even had supper and beers waiting for our group when we arrived at the condo. Claudia, the property manager, was wonderful to deal with as well and Mario, the cab driver that Bryan recommended, was always reliable, friendly and especially helpful. I would rent Bryan's condo again in a heartbeat. Thank you Bryan for a wonderful place to spend our holiday!

Perfect Family Vacation

Our group of 4 adults and 5 teens loved our stay in Ixtapa at Amara and in this beautiful condo over Christmas. The photos do not do it justice - from the quality furnishings, super comfortable beds, en-suite bathrooms, updated well stocked kitchen to the views, grounds and swimming pool - it exceeded all our expectations. The staff at Amara are professional, helpful and make the best and reasonably priced guacamole and margaritas around. My niece and her family stayed at another unit in Amara and had "condo envy" with our unit and chose to spend most of their time in our unit. With the help of the property manager, we hired a cook and assistant to shop and prepare dinner 2x during our visit and also received great assistance from a local cab driver (as referred by the owners) for arranging cabs for our large group, making reservations for us to horseback ride on the beach, taking us back and forth to Zih for shopping and site seeing and becoming our unofficial host. The owners of this unit, Bryan and Rhonda are wonderful to work with and provided pages of information prior to check in on restaurants, things to do and answered all my questions promptly and even had a meal delivered to us on check in after our long travel day. The wifi connection was strong and appreciated - especially by the teens! It was a wonderful and memorable family holiday.

Perfect Condo with a breathtaking view

It's the perfect Condo with a breathtaking view and great location. It'is better than the photos, the living room and dining room are nice and spacious. The 4 rooms are big and with wonderful view. The Condo has everything you need to enjoy Ixtapa and is waking distance to the shops and the biKe rental. The property Amara has beautiful pools and it's very safe. Our host Mr.Rodney always was in touch and he is a kind and helpful person. We would definitely return to the same apartment.
