Seaside at Anastasia is a luxury condominium resort on the island with a gated entrance and grounds across the street from beach! Just steps to the ocean, you will enjoy St. John's county fishing pier, kids splash park, playground and volleyball park. Walk to some of the area’s top restaurants, shops, a weekly farmers market and live entertainment at the pavilion! Free summer concert Wednesday evenings weather permitting.

Unit 305B is in the quiet part of the complex on the top floor with a convenient elevator just steps away. You will enjoy newly updated furnishings with a comfortable coastal decor.

We offer a 10% military discount with proof of active service.

Our unit offers:
- Luxury vinyl through out
- Smart TV's in all of the bedrooms with HDMI connections for game play
- Beach toys, chairs, cooler, umbrella and wagon to help carry it all
- Bath towels and wash clothes are provided
- Microfiber sand free beach towels are provided - Due to sand damaging the washer and dryer, only these towels can be taken to the beach.
- Toiletries, laundry and dish soap to get you started

- Coffee table and end tables
- 60 inch Smart TV
- French doors leading to balcony overlooking lake

Dining area includes:
- Seating for 6 and sideboard with games and books for indoor fun

- Pots, pans and dishes to feed a small army

- Quartz counter tops in bathroom with jetted tub and brand new enlarged shower

Outdoor balcony is mostly in the shade so it is a lovely spot to start the day over a morning coffee, napping or end the day listening to the fountain or waves crashing on the beach.

Cathy and Greg are great! We’ve stayed here twice now, and it was just as amazing as the first time! The photos and descriptions were spot on, and it’s exactly what you’ll find when you get there. The condo is clean, beautiful, and in the perfect spot to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We hope to stay there again!

Summer family vacation

My family and I have been coming to St. Augustine for the summer for 6 years now. We have rented several different units in the complex and overall this was our favorite. Very clean and very well stocked! Fantastic stay.

Great family vacation!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine. The VRBO rental was awesome! The unit was beautifully furnished and we had everything we needed. It's a great location to enjoy many activities and places to eat.

This condo is beautiful and impeccably clean with so much space for multiple family members to enjoy! We absolutely loved our stay here! Great Summer Vacation Rental For Family

Excellent place to stay! The condo was super clean, spacious, and provided all amenities for my family that you could possibly imagine. The owners are very nice and accommodating. Our family stayed a week and we had a blast! Location is excellent. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would give this stay 5 out of 5 stars.

Quick beach getaway

Well appointed and clean condo in a great location close to the beach, pier, restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere. The pool area is lovely and serene. Nice getaway. We would stay here again.

Long weekend including concert at the Amp

The property was gorgeous; nicely appointed, clean and well stocked. The location is within walking distance to the beach and several excellent restaurants. We were able to ride our bikes to the amphitheater and drove the Bronco on the beach the next day. Greatly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Girls’ Vacay

St. Augustine Beach is beautiful and the condo was wonderful. Very clean and close to the beach and restaurants. Short drive to downtown St. Augustine. The hosts were quick to respond to questions, but never intrusive. Thank you—we plan to come back!

Great Property!

The property is very nicely decorated, well appointed and very comfortable. Cathy and Greg were very helpful before and during our stay. They provided recommendations of things to do/see since our stay was during Thanksgiving week. The complex was very nice and our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We will definitely be coming back!

We love this quiet part of the complex. After enjoying one of the many amenities St. Augustine Beach has to offer, it is nice to walk home and listen to the fountain or the ocean crashing from our balcony.
