The location was great, right at the beach! The host was excellent and great with communication. We had a utility issue during our stay that was out of the owners control and he went above and beyond to make it up to us.

Perfect Again

This was our second vacation in this condo. We again enjoyed the new furnishings, closeness to the beach and lovely deck. We are already planning next year's trip to St. Augustine, and will of course stay at this perfect condo. Barbara Isenberg

Great Condo

This property at Sea Place was great! The condo was neat and clean-everything had a place and everything was in place-not cluttered at all. The ocean was visible even though it’s a ground floor condo. It’s recently remodeled, light and airy. The washer and dryer were very nice and bigger than usually found in rentals.The property owner, Jeff, was easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again!

Lovely Condo by the Beach

This condo was in a great location. It is close to everything we wanted to do. Jeff was very easy to work with and answered all my questions quickly. Our family really enjoyed our time at the property. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Great place to stay

Great place on the beach at a great price. Looks just like the pictures. Jeff was a great host and easy to get a hold of. In close proximity to everything and an easy drive to downtown St. Augustine. We'll definately stay here again.

Perfect Fall Break Getaway

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our fall break first visit to St Augustine and exploring all it had to offer. We booked this based off a referral from a friend. The condo was clean with everything you’d expect. Quick walk to the beach or the pool. Jeff is amazing with great communication. Minutes from downtown. We will be back!

Beautiful property, stunning location, a few fixes needed

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights at Jeff's beachside condo. It was spacious, located at the extreme rear of the complex closest to the beach boardwalk, and had all the basic supplies to make it feel like home. Jeff responded promptly to all our questions and requests. There were a few issues that kept the stay from being perfect. * The air conditioning unit had a pretty substantial leak, flooding the floor nearby. We had to sop up the water with towels. Jeff said that the issue had occurred before and that he thought it was taken care of, and said he would take care of it promptly. * We had all sorts of intermittent Internet outages. We had brought our home Roku stick with us and it kept glitching out and losing connection, as well as on our phones. We asked Jeff about this and he said the issue had not occurred previously. He suggested unplugging and plugging the router back in, which we did several times, but it still kept going out almost every day. * There were a lot of dead cockroaches on the floor. It's better than live ones, and is probably due to recent pest control treatment. It bothered my wife quite a bit, though. Despite these issues, I would still say that the stay was very pleasant and we are happy we booked Jeff's condo.

Fantastic vacation!

This is our 2nd stay here and we loved it. The condo is comfortable, clean and spacious. The beach is beautiful and just steps away. We loved the location - a close drive to the pier, historic district and the lighthouse. The host communicated well. We had a wonderful vacation and we’ll be back.

Very nice condo

It was a very nice condo, ground floor, with a view of the beach over the dunes. It was quiet and easy to access everything. We visited 2 of the pools, both were clean and in good shape. I only rate things as excellent, or 5 stars, if something was just over and above fantastic.
