Cómodo apartamento de una habitación en el segundo piso con vista a la piscina desde la puerta principal y al océano desde el balcón. Techos planos, pisos Pergo y mucho espacio de guardarropas. Tenemos televisión por cable tanto en el dormitorio como en la sala de estar y Wi-Fi. Cocina completa con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Basurero. Balcón privado con vista al mar limitada. Membresía gratuita en el gimnasio The Players Club Fitness Center (a 2 cuadras de distancia) que incluye una piscina cubierta y bañera de hidromasaje. También hay dos bicicletas de playa y sillas para su uso.

Esta villa está ubicada en la parte trasera del edificio pero con acceso rápido a la playa y la piscina. El baño ha sido actualizado y el dormitorio tiene un diseño amplio y luminoso, perfecto para unas vacaciones en la playa.

Seaside es un complejo frente al mar en el corazón de la zona de playa principal de Hilton Head. A poca distancia de muchas tiendas, restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento.

Great location

Great place to stay, super close to the beach. Communication with the owner was great. Bed frame was a bit wobbly but that wouldn't keep us away next time.

Perfect getaway

This property was the perfect stay for my boyfriend and I! The area is perfect and there is so much to do, we biked everywhere. The owners are amazing, easy to contact, and very accommodating! We loved it!

Wonderful with easy beach access

Easy to find packet with keys. Check in and out simply. Easy beach access and close to shops and restaurants. Car would be optional if you were only planning to beach or bike.

Quick Getaway

We love staying at Seaside Villas for the easy access to the beach. The villa was very nice and the host was amazing. The thoughtfulness of leaving us ocean themed cookies was a surprise and appreciated. Definitely recommend and would love to stay here again. Thanks Kendal.

The room was very clean and well kept. Close walk to the beach. The room was a little smaller than expected, but perfect for 2 people. Hosts were very easy to get in touch with, and were communicative and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

Great location, right on the beach and close to restaurants. Only thing I would note is the mattress has seen better days. If you have back or neck problems this may not be the rental for you. Otherwise, amazing vacation!

My husband and I traveled down for a few days to celebrate my 60th birthday! Everything was great! The owner checked on us a few times to make sure we had what we needed. We were able to park our car and not have to get back in it until we left!

Very pleased, will be back!

We loved this unit! The location with the building being on the beach as well as it being near to a lot of great restaurants and stores was perfect! The pool was just down the stairs from the unit which was nice, and the 2 bikes that came with the unit were great especially because there’s so much to ride around and see just a short distance away. The hosts were great as well! Very nice and communication was great.

Perfect location for romantic get-away

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and meet up with old college friends. The condo was absolutely adorable. It was very clean, bright and newly updated. It was exactly as described and photographed. The condo building, in general, is in a great location near the ocean and within walking distance to Cologny Plaza and restaurants and bars. The check-in process was so easy, and Kendall touched base with us throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this unit and building.

Great place for vacation

This place was just as advertised: clean, steps away from the beach and a great vacation villa. We did have some problems with the tv but Kendall and Jeremy helped us fix that issue over the phone right away. Everything was so clean and cozy. The beach is literally just steps away and it was quiet at night when we were ready to rest/sleep. There was even an anniversary gift waiting for us when we arrived; so very thoughtful! We would recommend any property that Kendall and Jeremy own and we would stay here again!

Superb location, lovely accommodations

My 23 year old daughter and I decided on a whim to sneak off for a few days and we are so glad we did! The Seaside Villa studio apartment was clean, well appointed and the perfect location on Hilton Head. Kendall and Jeremy were excellent hosts. They answered all of our communications almost immediately and went out of their way to accommodate us. We were able to walk to dinner, shopping, nightlife and even caught an awesome free concert in the nearby park. We will definitely be back! Thank you Kendall and Jeremy for being the perfect hosts!

Great location

The property was well located to the beach and shops/restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the mini kitchen had enough supplies. The property is one of the apts closest to the main road so you occasionally hear road noise and the apt complex dumpster pick up at 6:15 am twice during our stay. The property manager was very responsive to messages. This is a very family friendly property.

Birthday / Valentine Getaway Weekend

Everything was perfect. Just as described. Host was Awesome. Condo is within walking distances to local restaurants and shops in which we enjoyed over the weekend. We even decided to stay an extra night on check out day and our host was super responsive and was able to get us another night! No complaints here! Everything was perfect

Beach getaway

This cute condo was located steps from the beach and a short walk to Coligney shopping and restaurants. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much walks and the beach, sunsets and sunrises, breakfast on the patio and bike rides on the trails. The condo needs dome tlc but it was very functional for our week on Hilton Head. Cookies and Champagne waiting for us was a lovely surprise.Coocondo needs a

Perfect weekend getaway spot!

We planned a last minute trip for my boyfriend’s birthday and this spot was perfect! It was in the perfect location for literally everything. The villa was so clean and cute. We had zero issues! Great time in Hilton Head

Smaller, dated unit missing some ammenities like dishwasher and supplies, but good communication with property owner over issues. As advertised the bed was very comfortable and distance from beach was fine. Appreciated that unit came with beach chairs and bikes so did not need to rent Thanks!

Great solo vacay

This condo was perfect for me! Steps away from the beach and short walk or bike ride to the Tiki Hut Bar and Coligny Plaza. I enjoyed riding the bike to explore the area and the pool was very quiet and clean. This was my first solo trip and I felt safe my entire stay. Met lots of locals at the Tiki Hut and enjoyed some live music. Perfect weather and perfect stay! Can't wait to visit again 😎
