Spacious and inviting, recently renovated unit beckons you to relax, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Unit sleeps 8. Master suite features new king bedding, spacious bathroom with double vanity, oversized shower with two shower heads, private toilet closet and a walk-in closet. Second bedroom has new queen hybrid bed and private access to second bath. Second bathroom has tub/shower combo. Living room boasts a 65 inch smart TV with cable, for your viewing pleasure. TV's with cable in both bedrooms, as well. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room and cozy bunk closet with new twin mattresses expand sleeping options. Full size kitchen adjoins dining area with a table for 6, plus bar seating for 4 more. Second floor location is very convenient with nearby elevator access. You can hop on for short elevator ride or take stairs down ONE floor. Large balcony with plenty of seating overlooks the heated pool/hot tub area and offers breathtaking beach and sunset views. Rental includes complimentary use of one of the beach chair rental setups (heavy wooden chairs with cushion and umbrella), during your stay...Seasonally Mar 1 to Oct 31. In addition to the pool (heated seasonally!), there is a hot tub, exercise room, and propane & charcoal grills on the property for your use. This is a non-smoking resort; no pets allowed in this unit.

Simply superb!

This was the perfect location for our little family of four to enjoy a week at the beach. Plenty of space. Comes with a great view and proximity to the pool deck was advantageous as well. Thank you to the owner(s) who obviously maintain the condo well, and for the open door of communication for any issues that may arise. We would highly recommend staying here.

Enjoyed the location away from the masses. Condo was very nice, clean updated and well decorated. No ocean musty smell. Everything we needed was provided. Would definitely stay again.

The Beach Oasis was DEFINITELY an Oasis! The condo was very roomy and came with a great view! Carla and her husband were very sweet and responsive with a question we had! Definitely recommend booking!

Absolutely wonderful!

We loved this unit! It’s beautiful! Clean, accurately represented in the pictures, and convenient with kiddos! The unit is well stocked; we couldn’t have asked for a better set up! It’s so close to everything! The pool, the beach, restaurants, anything you could want is less than 10 steps away. The view is stunning! The beach service guys were so sweet and took care of us every morning; they even set up an umbrella for the kids to play under! We will be staying here again. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Panama!

Great room and nice pool.

The beach and water is very nice! The bbg pit area needs a cover of some sort so you can grill in the rain. Other than that it was an excellent place to stay.

Excellent Accomodations!

We've stayed at condos on the beach for several years now. This was one of the best stocked units I've stayed in! Just the little things like dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, trash bags. There was enough of this for our family to use the whole stay... My other favorite things was reserved parking that was close to the unit and code access instead of a key or card. The room was nice and the view was gorgeous!!

The place is awesome, very clean, and huge!

We love this place, perfect for 8 people (4 teens). Plenty of space! Teens love the pool and the beach. We can watch them easily from the 2nd floor balcony. So Nice! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Carla and Avery are very kind and attentive when we had a problem with the refrigerator. They took care of it quickly. We would definitely rent from them again!

Better Than Described!

This was our first time in PCB and we were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. Definitely lower lagoon is the way to go! Carla’s condo was the best rental unit we’ve experienced. Check in was quick and easy. The unit was huge. Definitely big enough to accommodate a big family. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. The best thing was everything was so clean! We loved staying at Carla’s condo. We would definitely rent from her again!

Great location

We loved the condo. It was perfect for the four of us! The condo was very clean! The only thing I recommend is leaving more paper towels and toilet paper for the guests that are staying for a full week. Will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Condo Right on the Water

We were very impressed with the spaciousness and cleanliness of this condo. It's larger than most of the condos we've stayed at in the past, and there was plenty of room for our large family. The condo feels recently remodeled, and all walls/surfaces/spaces were very crisp and clean. The full-sized laundry room, spacious kitchen and living area, and both large bathrooms were very nice to have. The owners had great communication and obviously have been in the rental business for a long time because the processes and condo set-up were very professional. Helpful information was posted in the condo about surrounding attractions, restaurants, etc. The condo's location on the second floor was a new experience for us (we usually opt for higher floors with longer views). However, the location ended up being perfect. There is still a great view of the ocean and it's as close to the water as we've ever stayed (you could throw a ball and land it in the ocean). Also, the pool being right outside the balcony was very nice because our two younger children (11 & 14) could go to the pool by themselves, and we didn't have to worry about them because they were right outside our balcony. I was a little worried the pool being so close would be a negative with the people/noise, but it really wasn't at all. Being one floor up allows you to look over everyone to the ocean if you wish, or down at the pool to people watch/check on kids. If you're very early to bed and staying in the master bedroom, the noise could be an issue. However, the condo was very good at closing the pool during quiet hours and it was very quiet for that--except the wonderful sound of the ocean. Plus, the back bedroom could also be utilized if someone goes to bed early. All in all, we had a great stay. We would gladly stay in this condo again--or any condo operated by these owners.

Super Clean!!!

This condo was just as described! One of the cleanest I have been in!! The only thing I would say that was negative is the bunks and foldout couch, they were very uncomfortable for my kids. All you feel are the springs. We ended up purchasing a memory foam topper for the foldout couch to use for the week & didn’t use the bunks at all.

Fun time on Spring break.

Condo was at the nice and clean located at the quiet end of Thomas drive. I would definitely rent again the management was wonderful.
