Hair was in the floor in the kitchen and dining room, master bed mattress is horrible, the whole house swayed like being in a camper, the house had a bad odor and the top bunk didn’t have sheets on it. Although it had a great view and beach front.

WONDERFUL!! My new favorite place to stay!!!

Everything was exactly as described. Suoer clean. Great decor. Beds were comfortable. Close to beach. I cannot say enough good about this place. We loved it and are already looking at dates to book again.

We did find some excessive pet hair in the couch and the pull out bed portion of the couch but there was a vacuum in the home so we just cleaned it up ourselves. Beautiful view of the beach and close to everything you might need in town!

Naut On Call for a Great Relaxing Week

It was an amazing stay. Beautiful clean very well equipped property. My wife & I stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. The Jumanji sized mosquitoes were in full force due to the recent Hurricane, but other than that is was perfect. If you haven't stayed at Naut on Call, you need to put it on your must stay list. Breath taking ocean veiws. And Cobb Relestate, made the trip over the top refreshing. Kind curtious and responsive. Love this property!!!

Like other reviews stated it can use some basic maintenance , loose toilet seat, broken tissue holder, piece inside the fridge on shelf came loose, trash roll out doesn’t work too well. Basic stuff, but overall it worked out fine and would stay here again.

Needs Maintenance, but a fantastic place overall

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you're looking for a gorgeous, spacious place to stay out of the commercialized beaches of Galveston, this is the place to rent! Tons of sleeping room, lots of room for our little one to toddle around. As advertised, this place does not come with any linens (you can rent them for $150 and they're delivered to the house prior to your stay) and you need to provide any and all toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Make sure you know this and you won't be surprised when you get there and need to use the bathroom.My only complaints are that there didn't seem to be any heat in the house, the water and air filter needed changed in the refrigerator, the dryer vent is probably clogged because it took three 90-minute cycles to dry clothes and there were no screens in the windows, so we couldn't open them with a one-year-old in the house. Two faucets need to be repaired because they're loose and wobbly, but they work fine. Some seasonal maintenance and this place will be your perfect retreat!!

The house was clean, had spacious rooms, and was well stocked with everything you would need. We usually stay at the less crowded end of the beach so it was quite different with so much activity, but we did like how close we were to The Big Store and restaurants. We have used Cobb Real Estate for our summer beach house rentals for the last 11 years. They have always been very professional and quick to resolve any issues-we did not have any this trip.

The property is well maintained & inside the home is clean. The kitchen is pretty well stocked. The washer and dryer are very useful since we stay a full 9 days. The only thing I did not like was the smell. We noticed it at first but after a day or two got used to it. Once we got back home we had to wash all of our clothes and let the suitcases air out side. It’s a cross between mold and smoke.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been coming to Crystal Beach for a number of years and really enjoy it. We enjoyed the house but the picture was a little deceiving of the outside. While there they started a new house next door about 6 to 8 feet away could reach and pass sugar to our next door neighbors. The beach was very crowded alot of noise of golf carts & dune buggies all night long then all day mexican music played and nail guns going so it was NOT a restful vacation. Next year we will have to look at a different location.
