Welcome to Yacht Haven, our family’s secluded five acre waterfront estate. Featuring an indoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, fiber internet, and private boat dock. We look forward to hosting you!


FEATURES OF THE BEACH HOUSE:
House:
-Sleeps 14 guests
-Heated floors throughout the house
-500mbps fiber internet for work or play.

Downstairs:
Three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and full bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has a stunning view of the beach. The dining room features high vaulted ceilings, a long oak table that seats 14 guests, and a panoramic view of the water.

Upstairs:
The primary bedroom with television, king-size bed, and full bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed shower and slipper tub. The spacious media room has a large smart television with four comfortable built-in bunk beds.


ESTATE FEATURES:
Pool House:
The pool house contains a large 80 foot private pool with vaulted ceilings, diving board, heated floors and a full bathroom. Outside sits a large patio and hot tub.

Beach:
The private beach overlooks Westcott Bay (accessed by stairs). Complete with rowboats and kayaks. Our shoreline offers a bounty of experiences: from visits to British Camp National Park to Westcott Bay Oyster Farm to catching crab and elusive phosphorescence at night, the wonder and peace of the San Juan Islands is at your fingertips.

Dock:
For those traveling by boat we offer a 45′ dock complete with 30 amp shore-power and water upon demand.

Patio:
The patio that borders the house features recliner chairs, picnic tables, hammock, barbecue and a crab preparation station. A fire pit with benches overlooks the bay.

General:
-We are only 20 minutes from downtown Friday Harbor and 12 minutes from Roche Harbor Resort.
-The entire property is gated


ESTATE RULES:
- The swimming pool and hot tub are for registered guests at the Lodge. On occasion you might encounter other guests at the pool.

- ALL areas inside home and pool house are smoke free. We allow smoking and vaping outside ONLY.

- We have a strict No Pets policy.
Violation of this will result in your party being asked to leave the property with no refund.

We enjoyed a lovely family experience at this Beautiful Estate. The kitchen was stocked, the rooms were clean, the pool was perfectly maintained and the hot tub on the patio was very enjoyable in the evenings overlooking the puget sound. We enjoyed row boating and kayaking as well as fishing off the dock and swinging in the and the kids loved the swing. We would love to return again to this delightful retreat.

All I can say is wow! We had an overall group of 10 and it was perfect. The communication with the host was amazing, very accomodating. Jessica was so kind and waited to show us around, we were late from the ferry and she returned the next day to show us around and answer any questions. She saved us with her advice on the ferry reservation!! Thank you!! The kitchen is great, the beds are so comfortable, the great room was amazing. There is just so much room and so much to do!! We saw otters and seals from the patio. We did some crabbing and used the rowboat. The pool is so beautiful. I just cannot say enough good things about this place! I would highly recommend and we plan to return next year!!

House and amenities were fantastic for our purposes. The grandchildren played in the pool at least 3 hours/ day, we all were able to go kayaking daily, the beach was a constant focus of study and discovery. The 4 grands, ages 5-8 pushed each other on the rope swing. The adults walked, rode bikes, ran on surrounding roads in a beautiful setting. House was perfect for 4 families, each having their own space. The unique bunk beds were enjoyed by the littles. We were blessed with sunny days, high of 74 degrees daily for the entire week. The managers were close by to take care of the pool daily. They were responsive to our concerns, and we felt very secure. The big table fit our group of 12 comfortably for regular meals. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! We spent hours watching bald eagles, herons, kingfishers, and harbor seals. Bring your binoculars! Thanks for setting for fantastic adventures

Yacht Haven Indeed

We loved the pool and access to the Kayaks in a secluded bay with beautiful views. Easy drive to Roche Harbor and Friday Harbor. Good for 4 couples, plus a bunk room for smaller kids.

Had a great family vacation, kids loved the pool. Property is in a beautiful private setting. Kayaks provided for easy paddling right off private beach. Would definitely return!

Beautiful Setting!

This is a great property with great amenities. It is a beautiful setting. Our family had a wonderful time. The only issue we had is that the house was having an issue with the septic system and the smell came into the house from time to time.

We had a nice stay but were disappointed that the gas grill was broken, the fireplace was broken, and the beautiful string lights seen in the photos were sitting in a pile by the tree. The kids really enjoyed the swing and the indoor pool. I was concerned about the safety of an electrical plug in the pool extending to a cardboard box at the poolside. I was told this was in place because one of the pool lights was broken.

Hi, Whitney We are sorry you were disappointed. We are in the shoulder season and fixing many issues that arise from constant use. Being on an island also has it's logistical issues for receiving parts. Tje light in the pool is being replaced but it is not hooked up to any power, so no issues there. We apologize that the guests just before your stay broke the fireplace, parts are on order and will take weeks to get. It's just part of renting. Also, since on the water the grills deteriorate quickly, our housekeeper checked it before you checked in and it worked, stuff happens. We did provide you with charcoal and also, logistics again, ordered a new gas grill. Sorry your stay wasn't perfect, but that's life sometimes. We sre glad the kids had fun, and thank you to your father for burning old downed branches from the previous storm---was a huge help to me for cleanup! He was very kind and helpful! As for the string lights, everyone hangs them different and we leave them as they are so you can string them how you like, sorry for that inconvenience. Best, Cheyenne
