Inmaculada, cómoda, tercera de playa

El cielo azul, el mar verde y la interminable playa blanca hacen de Barnegat Light el lugar perfecto para vacacionar en primavera, verano u otoño. Y siempre se sentirá como en casa en este primer piso impecable, cómodo y totalmente equipado de un dúplex familiar. En la temporada de verano (finales de junio, julio y agosto), la casa alquila solo semanas completas de sábado a sábado.

La unidad del primer piso tiene tres habitaciones (cama queen, una completa, tres camas individuales), un baño completo, calefacción, aire central, lavadora / secadora privada y ducha moderna al aire libre. También es nuestro hogar, así que lo hemos configurado con todo lo necesario para pasar un buen rato al sol.

La unidad del primer piso es ideal para familias con niños pequeños o personas de la tercera edad, solo tres pasos bajos hasta la cubierta delantera y la casa. Se puede escuchar el océano desde la cubierta sombreada que tiene una gran mesa de comedor y seis sillas, dos tumbonas y una parrilla de gas Weber Genesis. La calle es tranquila, segura para que los niños jueguen o anden en bicicleta. Somos tres casas de impresionantes dunas y una amplia playa de arena blanca. También es ampliamente considerada como una de las mejores playas de pesca en LBI. El surf está permitido en cualquier momento.

The best of LBI great location at the end of the island, easy beach access with a lovely walk through the dunes, pickle ball courts 2 block away. The house has everything you need. And, the owners are the nicest people, quick to respond and always helpful. This was our 3 year renting it and look forward to many more years.

Lovely home in excellent location

We love Barnegat Light and Maryanne made our stay extra special. The house is clean and spacious with all the trappings of home. The front porch was lovely to sit out and have our coffee in the morning and have a glass of wine in the evening. The location can’t be beat.

Awesome stay. Great location. Great fit walking/ biking. Not a lot of restaurants during the week, but they were delicious. Kitchen very well equipped (except for a baking sheet, maybe we missed it). Walk to the beach is beautiful. The mattress were somewhat uncomfortable, though. My husband has a bad back and ended up having to sleep on the couch, which he found very comfy. Wonderful vacation and will definitely be back!

Great beach property close to Barnegat Lighthouse.

Property itself was clean and well stocked with essentials (including toilet paper!). Property manager was easy to work. with and responded promptly to all inquiries. I think that "third house from beach" is a little misleading. It is the third house from the beach path which is quite a distance from the ocean beach. I wish I had known this as I could have brought a beach wagon.

Lovely Beach House Stay for Our Young Family

Our family of four stayed at this lovely beach house the first two weeks of Sept 2016. The house had everything we needed and more. The ocean is a 1/4 mile walk through dunes, which gave us some exercise! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and near the LBI lighthouse and a playground for kids. The outdoor shower, fully-equipped kitchen, large tv with surround sound, and comfortable beds were all a plus. Our two toddler boys had room to play on the front deck when we weren't at the beach. We found the owner very easy to communicate with and very responsive to our questions both before and during our stay. Overall, a great vacation and definitely on our list for a return visit!

The Perfect Beach House

This was the best renting experience I ever had. Marybeth was a great communicator without being an intrusive landlord. The house was beach house adorable and absolutely spotless. The kitchen was beyond stocked. Plenty of dishes, silverware, utensils, cutting boards, serving bowls, waffle iron, blender, hand mixer, plenty of pots and pans including a lobster pot. I was pleasantly surprised to see full range of cleaning products including dish soap. Laundry detergent, trash bags, plastic wrap and foil paper also there for tenant use. A cute little basket in bathroom stocked with “in case you forgot” amenities. We rented linens from LBI Dream makers. That was easy for us. We alsorented kitchen towels but there were some supplied in a kitchen drawer with pot holders. There’s a computer desk with computer if you need to work. Well stocked with books for beach reading. A beach cart was supplied which is good for me since I like taking a ton of stuff to the beach. The walk over the dunes to beach is a good walk so keep that in mind. There is a little gravel driveway 1 house down to 9th street if you want to take the tram to the beach. It’s free and runs every half hour. After the beach day I spent my time on the lovely deck. Plenty of seating for outdoor meals. We would definitely rent again from Marybeth.

Barnegat Light still has the feel of the friendly Jersey Shore.

Fantastic!

The property is located at a rather quiet neighborhood with much fewer tourists which we appreciate very much. It has an easy access to the beach with great sand and fewer crowds. My kid was able to find huge shells there which is an added bonus :). The property looks and feels new and is very roomy. It has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The owner is very responsive and understanding. We had a wonderful time there. Highly recommended!

Our Barnegat Light experience

The homeowner was so helpful, and my family enjoyed our stay in this beautifully kept first floor home! The boardwalk path to the beach was an LBI discovery for us! Nature and views were amazing! The home was immaculate and felt like home right away. We loved being away from the crowds on this peaceful street, too.

Perfect Place

A great location and a very comfy house with everything we needed. We had a really great time! A short walk through the beautiful dunes and we were on the beach. We also were able to walk to the lighthouse and surrounding town for mini golf and ice cream.

Peaceful and relaxing beach vacation.

We had a lovely beach vacation at Marybeth’s home. The first floor entrance was perfect for my mil and granddaughter. The rental was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The highlights were easy access to the dunes and enjoying the ocean breeze on the front porch in the afternoons. We loved the quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Beach town bliss

IYKYK, Barnegat light is away from the commercial madness and the perfect place to spend a beach week. This home is in a wonderful location to get to beach and walks into town and was clean and great spot for our little ones. Would def come again!

Absolutely wonderful stay!

We had a great stay in August 2020. The house was very clean and fully stocked. The outdoor shower was so clean. The location of the house was great-we we’re able to walk almost everywhere we needed to go. I hope to return!!

Perfect Beach House in Quiet Town

The house was the perfect beach getaway for my family of 2 tweens. The kitchen was stocked with every gadget we needed. Instructions were placed all over the house. The owner sent timely & informative emails. The town was quiet & peaceful I would definitely recommend it!

Cute house with great beach

Was easy to book our getaway to Barnegat Light. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful walk to beach was the best part. Even our four year old could handle it no problem.
