2022 new construction, everything new. 3 houses from the beach, clean, walk to everything you need.

Reverse living, 3 bedrooms and full bath on 1st floor, balcony/deck, living room, kitchen, dining area and 1/2 bath on 2nd floor.

Balcony/deck with ocean view. Private outdoor shower and grill. Short walk to several restaurants (burgers, breakfast, seafood, pizza, ice cream), liquor store, mini golf, candy shop, shops and coffee.

Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, 2 closets, TV

Note: there is a one bedroom cottage behind the main house that is either owner occupied or rented to guests. The cottage has their own private patio, grill and outdoor shower.

Note - There are no bed linens, sheets, blankets or towels provided. Mattress and pillow protectors are provided and disinfected during cleanings.

Great place to stay! Stayed here with my family while down in LBI for a wedding. House was nice and clean with a great location, steps away from the beach. Perfect for a long weekend.

We had a nice stay we love LBI. The house was sweet and quaint like a beach cottage. The rooms were not what we expected though. The upstairs was a nice reno but the outside furniture wasn't truly taken care of or the bedrooms themselves but the experience we made was nice and the host was as well.

Family Getaway

The location speaks for itself - it was super convenient for both the beach and activities. The house was on the smaller side (i.e., space in rooms) but it great for our family and time we were there.

Very cute home! steps from the beach! We loved the outdoor balcony and the walking distance to all stores and restaurants. Home was clean and updated and felt like homeHighly recommend this for your next family trip.

Great Place!

Had an awesome little vacation staying here! It was clean, great location, amazing balcony. It’s definitely influenced myself and my guests to make going to LBI a new annual tradition. I loved that each bedroom had its own AC unit. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely cottage three houses from the beach!

This cottage is clean, bright, modern, airy, with reverse living so you have a view of the ocean from the upstairs balcony! Three comfortable bedrooms and a lovely kitchen and cozy living room. Best of all, a few short steps to the ocean - the best! Host was extremely communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

Mother’s Day Weekend Getaway

My girlfriends and I had an amazing stay . House was just as it’s portrayed in photos…modern and clean. We were able to go for morning walks on the beach and visit coffee shops, stores and restaurants in the area. Beach Haven was just an uber ride over. Would def recommend this house! We loved it

Best little beach house!

The house appears small and quaint but can definitely host more people. i was with just my sis this week to chill out and laugh! totally updated, perfectly designed home.we walked to everything: stores, diner, restaurant with outside music, beach just 2 houses away. love this rental and hope to grab it up for same time next year right away!
