Encantadora casa unifamiliar de estilo Cape Cod ubicada a 1/2 milla de Parker River Beach (a poca distancia de la playa). Completamente cercado en el patio trasero. Recientemente renovado (2010, 2015 y 2018) con un nuevo 3er dormitorio, terraza, nueva lavandería en el piso principal, terraza acristalada y pisos de madera y baldosas. Aire acondicionado central, lavadora / secadora, Affinity Triple Play, Internet inalámbrico. La cocina tiene un refrigerador nuevo de tamaño completo, estufa nueva, horno de microondas, horno tostador, cafetera nueva, tetera y licuadora. Los gabinetes están llenos de platos, cubiertos, ollas y sartenes, olla de langosta. Asientos de mesa de cocina 6. Esta casa de vacaciones cuenta con 3 dormitorios con dormitorios adicionales en las salas de estar, BR1 - Queen, BR2 - Full & 1 Bunk Bed, BR3 - Full, sala de estar con chimenea y sofá cama de tamaño completo, solárium con futón de tamaño completo, 1 1/2 baños, ducha exterior, terraza, 3 televisores de pantalla plana con Affinity Triple Play y teléfono. Great place!

Our family really enjoyed staying here. The house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and the backyard was peaceful and fenced off. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect Cape Stay!

Jay’s place was comfortable, convenient, and had absolutely everything we could want or need during our week stay! It really felt like a home away from home and reminded our family of the Cape cottage we used to own many years ago!

perfect little place to stay close to the beach

this is perfect for what we were looking for for a little getaway and memorial day weekend in 2024! House was very clean and everything we needed. Five minute walk two minute drive to the beach everything you need within a five minute drive.

Absolutely Perfect!

I traveled with my mom and two young children. The house was immaculate, comfortable and well stocked (including beach gear which saved us so much space in the car not having to pack our own!). We loved the fenced in backyard and the safe and quiet neighborhood just a short walk or even shorter drive to the beach. Plenty to do and see in the area. Jay and Grace have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and convenient. I can’t say enough good things!

Lovely!

This Cape Cod Cottage is in an excellent location for exploring the Cape. It is literally just. 1/2 mile, beautiful walk to the beach. It is just a few minutes’ drive (less than 5 minutes) from SEVERAL amazing restaurants. Almost everything we wanted to see and do was within a 15 minute drive, and we were only an hour from P-town, which is a beautiful drive. The owner was so kind and helpful, calling us the day after we checked in to see that the lights had been left on for us and to ask if we needed anything. He gave great restaurant and sight-seeing recommendations as well. Beautiful backyard with great sitting area, and a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. Be sure to bring sheets & towels as they are not provided.

Great family home

Jay was very attentive from the moment we booked this property. He was available throughout our stay when we had questions. Easy check in with lockbox, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and perfect fenced in yard. Easy ride to the beach (although must say it’s more for collecting shells than swimming - Parker River Beach is very short and waves are rough - we took the drive to First Encounter beach instead, Bass River beach is the better option if staying local). Easy walk/ride into town with pharmacy, restaurants, mini golf & go carts near by. The house was honestly perfect, well maintained. My only addition would be a fire pit outside. Internet was working well, cable tv was good as well. It initially seemed small by pictures but our family of 5 was quite comfortable there. Overall it was a great stay & we would definitely stay again

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway

We traveled to the Cape for a wedding in early October and were lucky enough to find this great house! The owner made check-in a breeze with easy-to-follow instructions. When we arrived to the house, everything was clean and cozy. The house is updated with new appliances and everything was in great working order. The owners have thought of absolutely everything - we were so pleased to have a great kitchen, really comfortable rooms, and plenty of space to relax. We were glad to have the full bathroom as well as the half bath - it was perfect for four people. The house is centrally located - making it easy for us to get around for various wedding events over the weekend. The street is quiet and great for quick 15 minute walk to the beach. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we were in the Cape, or we would have absolutely spent more time out on the beautiful deck out back. This is a great place and we would love to come back the next time we're in Cape Cod.

Perfect for our family!

We were so happy with this house, and appreciated the close communication of our hosts, how well the house was equipped, the proximity to Middle Beach, and above all, how clean everything was - great for our family with allergies! We love the perfect location (right near the Dairy Queen!) and walked to the beach every day we could. We prefer Middle Beach which is beautiful, wide and peaceful! We appreciated all the decorative touches and beautiful artwork. I loved the bathroom color choices and smart use of space for the 1/2 bath! What a lifesaver that is! And the fenced backyard - just lovely! So nice to have privacy to relax, grill and eat on the deck. Everything was thought of ahead of time and provided by the Singers. They are wonderful hosts! The house is comfortable and was perfect for us, a family of 5. This is the place you definitely want to book for a centrally located comfortable vacation home on the Cape!

Great place, centrally located on cape

We had a great time during our first visit to Cape Cod! Since we’ve never been up that way, we weren’t familiar with the different areas, so we chose South Yarmouth on a whim - and I’m so glad we did. The house is super close to a bunch of restaurants, ice cream, mini golf, beaches, CVS and a grocery store all a half mile or less away. We drove around to places throughout the Cape, from Provincetown to Woods Hole. It was nice to have a centrally located place to come back to. The kitchen was one of the more well-equipped kitchens we’ve seen in a rental. The beds are on the firm side, which was fine for us, and the only thing we needed to bring were sheets & blankets (pillows & bedspreads were provided). The bedrooms had enough plugs/surge protectors to plug in all of our electronics – I didn’t think about bringing one, so the hosts adding these was a great & welcomed addition. The yard was large & great for my husband & our son to toss a football & lacrosse ball. A suggestion for the hosts - get a firepit if allowed. Some of the evenings we felt would have been a perfect fire pit night. The chairs in the shed came in handy when we went to the beach for a bit – it was nice to not have to pack & travel with a bunch of beach stuff, so this was much appreciated! And the outdoor shower was a huge bonus to clean off after the beach. Overall, we had a great stay. The house was clean, well equipped, and in an area that we found to be perfect for everything we wanted to do.

Shorts day on the cape

We found this house to be a great surprise.We've stayed on the cape many times and this was one of the nicest places we've ever stated in.This house is very clean and the home owner is very attentive to your needs.This house is very close to the The beach and to restaurants And to Route 28.I recommend this house most highly.

Amazing cape vacation

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home! It was the perfect location to the beach and so many stores and activities! The kids loved the back yard and I felt so relaxed with the fenced in yard. The house is just adorable and felt like home in no time. Great location, clean and comfortable

We had a nice experience during our stay. It was centrally located to all of the Cape, which was one of the reasons we chose it along with the affordable price. The beach was right down the street and we were also central to 28 which is a main vein in the Cape. The home was clean, and had plenty of amenities for everyone to feel comfortable. Jay was a gracious host. He excelled in communication and was approachable with questions and provided many great suggestions about what to do and where to eat etc. I would not hesitate to book this rental again in the future.

All-around outstanding experience. A wonderful, well-stocked, tastefully decorated, centrally located, well-thought-out home base for our week away. The home was perfect. It was very comfy and welcoming. All the amenities were above an beyond. The location was perfect. Beach on one end and activities and stores on the other end. I look forward to booking next year as well!!! :-)

I have been renting in Yarmouth for about 10 years and Grace and Jay's place is the best one i have stayed at to date. Very clean very accommodating. No worries if you forgot something they have it, no need to rush out to get it, just replace it before you leave. Beds were extremely comfortable, extra pillows and blankets if needed. All kitchen needs you could ask for. Plenty of room to move around without tripping over one another. Games to play. Seriously all the conviences of home. Great location, close to everything. And the owners are very accommodating and easy to get in touch with and talk to. Hope to be able to rent again next year. Thank you Grace and Jay for allowing myself and my girls to stay in your wonderfully comfortable home

Another excellent stay!

This was our second year renting here and it was just as charming and comfortable as we remembered! Close to the beach, restaurants, and our daughter’s favorite mini golf place this year! We enjoyed walking down the street to the beach and having access to anything we needed in the area. Thank you for another great year on Cape Cod!

Lovely house in a great location!

My husband and I stayed at this home for a long weekend at the end of September and loved it! The house is amazingly well appointed and we loved being able to use the outdoor grill. The house and yard are both impeccably maintained. What other reviewers have noted about the beds being extremely firm is so true! If you prefer a softer mattress then perhaps bring along a pillow top cover or “egg crate” for each bed along with your sheets and towels. We also brought our own paper products (paper towels and toilet paper) and glad we did - only what remained from the prior guests was in the house. The kitchen is updated and includes more supplies than I’ve seen in any other vacation home. The owners are incredibly responsive and helpful in every way. Location is great! The house is just up the street from the beach and there’s a Stop & Shop within walking distance or a 2-3 minute drive. And there are so many nearby delicious restaurants to choose from! We would absolutely stay at this house again!
