This delightful, cozy, and comfortably furnished ground floor condo sleeps 4, and allows sliding door access to the shared large heated pool and deck area in this canal-front 4-plex with boat dock. Beach access is just steps across Estero Boulevard at access point #25. Ample off-street parking is provided.

This excellent location puts you close to the hustle and bustle of Times Square and all its shops and restaurants should you be able to break yourself away from the relaxing serenity of your quiet hideaway in this tropical paradise!

This studio is air conditioned and equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home. The kitchenette complete with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, meal preparation necessities, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils etc. Hotel style five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style.

The large shared heated pool with sunning area and chaise lounges is perfect way to relax and wind down a day at the beach. The property is on a canal and offers a boat dock as well.

A short drive to mid-island takes you to the Publix supermarket, but a trolley is also offered for convenient access to Times Square with the stop located just a few steps out from the condo to Estero Boulevard.

In addition, Estero Island and the surrounding areas—including Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples—offer an abundance of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Outdoor adventures like fishing charters, snorkeling, jet skiing, and parasailing are all nearby, and with Southwest Florida International Airport just a short drive away, your tropical escape couldn't be easier.

Please note that for large or extended families, the remaining accommodations on this property can be reserved as well, sleeping up to a total of 22 people.

Pet friendly restrictions and fees apply. Dogs are permitted up to 25 lbs. and non-aggressive breeds only with pet fee paid in advance. Pets restricted to dogs only, no other pets allowed and penalties enforced. Excess cleaning charges may apply. Dogs must be leashed when outdoors, must be cleaned up after and can't be walked on anyone else's property.

Pool was never vacuumed and had lots of sand, when pool guy came all he said was it had more sand than usual. Was told the pool guy would be there on Thursday but didn’t show up until Saturday We called on Tuesday about the pool not being as clean as it should be.. Pool water wasn’t crystal clear until towards the end of the stay. Pool guy spent less than 15 minutes there. Many things didn’t feel very thought out to maximize space. Refrigerator was too small. Girl in office was rude and she commented well you choose the smaller unit. We choose your place mainly for the pool and was very disappointed. The maintenance guy was very nice and came quickly when we complained about the toilet being loose, he was able to tighten it up a little but was still loose. Tub surround not secured properly to the internal wall.

We’re sorry to see this review, as it does not accurately reflect the condition of the unit or our efforts during the guest’s stay. Regarding the pool, it is professionally serviced on a regular schedule. After the guest contacted us, we immediately confirmed service and had the pool checked. The technician noted slightly more sand than usual due to recent weather and usage, not a maintenance issue. The refrigerator size is clearly shown and described in the listing. This is a studio apartment, and the refrigerator is appropriately sized for the space. Unfortunately, a larger appliance cannot be installed due to physical limitations of the unit. We also want to address the claim about staff behavior. Our team aims to be respectful and helpful at all times. Explaining that a guest selected a smaller unit is not intended to be rude, but rather to clarify space-related design limitations that are disclosed prior to booking. When notified about the toilet, maintenance responded promptly and resolved the issue. The tub surround was inspected after the stay and found to be properly secured, with no safety or functional concerns. We take guest feedback seriously and always respond quickly to concerns, as we did in this case. We are disappointed by this review, as our team made every effort to ensure an enjoyable stay and addressed all reported items in a timely manner. Please seek other accommodations in the future. Thank you

A nice cozy retreat

We were happy to find this property on Ft. Myers Beach that has been renovated after Hurricane Ian. It was a good location and most everything was new due to the hurricane damage.

Perfect for a beach stay!

We stayed for a week with our dog! It's right across the street from a public beach access so it was perfect for us. The AC was strong and easy to adjust, there was a full kitchen, and the pool was very refreshing. Some parts of the place were noticeably older (like the flooring and the bathtub) but everything was clean! We will be returning next year.

If I stayed there again I’d get a 2nd floor unit because in our ground floor unit it sounded like there was a herd of elephants above us And whoever did the renovation needs to have their tools taken away their skills are limited at best But the price was right and we made it work

The room was clean, but the outside area was filthy. The pool was cleaned once in our eleven day visit. The decking around the pool had dusty dirt areas instead of nice landscaping. The old couch on the outside walk-in area was disgusting. The fencing around the pool area is loose and very dangerous.

Bare bones

The property was sparingly equipped. No dishwasher, very few utensils and very small kitchen. As a result I didn't cook anything, instead I was forced to eat out for every meal.

Property was clean and small (maybe 350 sq ft). Kitchen was big enought for one person and only one person! I had to get a few things fixed as soon as we got there. Maintance was great and fixed all the things i pointed out. Pool was very dirty but the rental company had the pool cleaned several times but it never really felt cleaned. Overall we adapted to it. Was a safe place, neighbors were great and had a good place to keep our bikes.

This property was bad, we asked for early check in but we're told the unit has not been inspected, poor inspection if it even happened at all. Arrived at 4:00 pm check in time.First coming to door for unit it was mildew and dirty. Open the door and the room smelled of mold and mildew.The pool area filthy, bird dropping all around pool deck and in pool. GROSS! Patio furniture dirty. The AC in room was set at 88 degress when we walked in, the unit on wall was full of mold. The dresser and end table smelled of mildew and the order when we opened drawers beyond breathable. The bathroom had rust along tub on the outside by floor and the drain area.Even though maintenance came to clean AC it still smelled moldy when on so we tried not to run it but opened the doors which had no screen, no screen on the only window in the small kitchen.Maintenance did come pressure wash deck and we told it would be finished the next day, never was completely cleaned. The pool people came but just dump chlorine tabs in pool but still had all the dirt on bottom of pool, unusable, not cleaned properly. This place is a health risk as we have asthma.We had to vacate property and find a new place to stay for our two week vacation. The rental agency never contacted us after we asked for a full refund due to conditions at the property.

We also sent our maintenance team promptly, and they worked to resolve the concerns with the A/C, patio area, and interior conditions you mentioned. Additionally, our pool service visited the home twice during your stay. While we can ensure the pool is serviced, we unfortunately cannot prevent outdoor elements such as birds or wind-blown dust from entering the pool between cleanings—especially in tropical environments. We are disappointed to see this review, as each concern you raised was responded to immediately, and our team made every effort to assist. We would never want a guest to feel uncomfortable, and it is always our priority to correct any issues as quickly as possible. We value all guest feedback, and while we regret that your experience was not what you had hoped for, we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
